Sommerhus Lærkereden

Velkommen til vores selvbyggede sommerhus på 120m2. Vi byggede sommerhuset i 2023-24, med henblik på at skabe et unikt sted, hvor frihed og god stemning er centrale elementer. Huset rummer 4 værelser, to høje hemse, et multirum med poolbord, køkken alrum og sofa stue. Udenfor er der 105m2 terasse, et stort bord og grill. Huset kan have op til 13 overnattende, men er ideel til 8-10 personer. Huset er vores øjesten, som vi gerne deler med andre. Vi håber at gæster passer godt på vores guldklump.

100 sqm. home with room for the whole family. Undisturbed location close to beach and forest. Fjellerup town has a restaurant, shopping, bakery and large playground within a 3-minute drive. On the beach you will find an ice cream shop and a fish shop. Nearby are Djurs Sommerland (15 min.), Ree Park Safari, Mols Bjerge and several golf courses. Good area for running and cycling with several landscaped routes through forest and beach areas. The house contains three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

Havvejen is a unique property located on an acre of located of virgin forrest down to the sea. The main house consists of two bedrooms, a cozy living room, and a spacious bathroom. About 400 meter down from the main house you find a cosy and minimalistic summer cottage, built in 1950 located just 50 meter from the sea. All the way in-between the two houses you have forest and nature all around you! A perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet immerse yourself in nature's grand playground.

Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig, med kort afstand til strand og skøn natur. Stranden er lavvandet, men der er sandbanker ca. 100 meter ude i vandet, som kan ses og man kan gå derud, ved lavvand. På den anden side af bakken er der super dejligt vand. Stort køkken alrum. Unik bolig med fantastisk udsigt udover havet. Boligen er helt ny fra 2025/26 og er virkelig godt isoleret og med varmepumpe. Så selv i frostvejr er den varm og behagelig at befinde sig i. Boligen er lille og helt ideelt for parret der ønsker en unik oplevelse sammen, eller for den lille familien (Anbefales max 2 voksne). De store vinduespartier mod nord giver en fantastisk udsigt udover havet 🌞🌞 Til huset er en 2-personers kajak med redningsveste.
