Very nice quiet house, fully renovated, very practical and spacious for large family or group of friends. Everything you need for children, we spent a great weekend. The house offers beautiful services and is equipped in every detail. Thank you 👍

Alain is extremely considerate about his accommodation. We found it overwhelming when we first read the long welcome texts and multiple messages. But as our stay progressed, we noticed that he had a deep attachment to his unusual hut. We easily found the accommodation and Gaelle welcomed us with kindness and great flexibility. Access is via a small private path at the end of a short communal path, in a green setting. The places invite calm and contemplation. The accommodation itself is rustic, lovingly maintained and has all the comforts of a regularly inhabited place. The bathroom is outside. The old part (living room with kitchen, living room, toilet and small bedroom) is quite dark unlike the new large bedroom which is very bright (the curtains are not blackout). We had a very pleasant stay at the foot of the beach. Thank you

We spent 4 perfect days in Saint-Quay in Patrice's accommodation. The location is great, the accommodation is very well equipped and pleasant to live in. Big plus for the garden and the barbecue, perfect for enjoying the beautiful days! We also slept very well, and a special mention for the coffee beans, a small detail that makes all the difference. Very pleasant week's stay at the Etang Quihouas cottage, which we highly recommend. Welcome, cleanliness, comfort, exceptional amenities...Nothing is missing. So we are well at the cottage... And Marien, close to the house, is very responsive and ready to help us and let us enjoy his good strawberries of the moment... Only downside, the weather that did not allow us to enjoy the small flower garden and its great outdoor facilities. Address to remember and share.

we were there for the 2nd time. A wonderful stay in a quiet location. Lots of possibilities for excursions within a reasonable radius. Paula and Barac are super friendly. They are there when you need them, but respect your privacy. Will definitely come back.

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Thanks to Marie and her family.

We spent a week In June at this lovely bungalow. It's very comfortable and private, and it has a beautiful garden. The house is just a short distance away from the spectacular coastline. There are beaches, walks and sights in the immediate vicinity. Jean François is a very welcoming and responsive host. Would definitely recommend.

Lilou's beautiful place was the perfect place to stay in Saint-Brieuc. It is a roomy, clean, quiet, place, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Lilou provides quality amenities. The location is great with the centre of town easily walkable and its central location makes day trips up and down the coast easy. The introduction to the apartment by Lilou's mother was friendly and informative as was all communications with both Lilou and Silvia.

Super quiet accommodation with nice attention upon arrival. The equipment is really great, we thought we were at home this long weekend. The 3 floors without an elevator are just scary at the first climb with the luggage, after that it's really no longer a brake. I would definitely recommend this place close to all amenities on foot.

Beautiful apartment very well located and a few meters from the large beach of Val André, with local shops nearby: bakery, caterer / butcher shop, Friday market and a small well-stocked Carrefour 150 m away. The apartment is located in a small house with private access by a small staircase, above a quiet restaurant. In the apartment, a distribution of star rooms with a beautiful living room and a large very nice and well-equipped terrace that adjoins the kitchen area. Sufficient and modern amenities for cooking. Well equipped and well decorated apartment, and it feels good. Linens not provided, so be sure to bring it or rent it in advance in the area. We had a good holiday there in a great setting. An inconvenience reported to Marjorie for the future.

We had a pleasant stay at Nicolas's apartment. It is very well located, close to the beach and shops. A little back from the road, the environment is calm and peaceful. The interior design is as described and perfectly clean. We recommend it!

An absolutely amazing house with everything we needed for a great multigenerational family holiday. Extremely comfortable and well laid out. The children loved the tree house, the piano was a real bonus and the kayaks were great when the tide was high enough. The house is in a fantastic location next to the beach and just a quick walk to the town for our croissants each morning. We enjoyed a day out to the Isle de Bréhat, and our walk to the Tour de Kerroch. Candy gave us a friendly welcome and departure.

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

Stay in a splendid place with sea views Flawless bedrooms and bathrooms The only small downside is the size of the dining table too small for 12 people: we had to use the oval garden table (so not practical to extend a rectangular table and suddenly it becomes very difficult to move around in the kitchen. Otherwise very nice living room with fireplace. Ping pong table in the garage is very useful. We had a great stay.

We had a lovely family stay at Olivier's house. Great spaces and a great outdoor area ideally equipped for children! All the local shops at the foot no need to take the car which is a very important asset! Address to keep in mind! Great for a family!
