Beach apartment holiday rentals in Hilton Head Island

Balcony views were outstanding! We spent time each evening on it listening to the ocean and enjoying the view. We enjoyed the direct beach access. There were vendors right outside the gate with chairs and umbrellas to rent on the beach. The pool was excellent with plenty of pool chairs and umbrellas! There was a beach Tiki Bar within close proximity to the condo(a 2 minute walk)! We would highly recommend staying here!

This was the perfect stay for me, my husband, and our 1 year old! I can’t say enough wonderful things about it! It is decorated beautifully, was extremely clean, had easy access to the beach, and was perfectly located on the island close to Kroger (5 minutes away, if that), awesome restaurants, and plenty of bike paths. The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to cook a meal very easily with what was there. The resort has several pools indoor and outdoor as well as a kiddie pool that was a hit with our toddler. The beach is a beautiful 10 minute walk along a boardwalk overlooking the marshes - just bring some comfy sandals as you walk to the beach and it’s totally fine. :-) We had the best time! This is our 3rd time visiting HHI and this was hands down the best rental we’ve used. We will be back for sure!

We could not ask for a better host. Patty provided everything we needed and more. She is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure the best stay possible. I have stayed here multiple times and hope to stay again in the future. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Exceptional host. There are cats walking around property which made me raise an eyebrow but during stay they added to the charm! We maybe saw 5 different cats while there so not many at all. David was always responsive and checking in and answered our questions immediately. Will stay again on his properties. The beach was our backyard and perfect for our very young grandkids. Property has been featured on HGTV in past years.

A day before arrival Ryan called and informed me the air conditioning for his unit had just broken down and expressed his concern for our comfort during the hot weather expected during our stay. Without a guarantee from the repair man that the AC would be fixed before our arrival Ryan offered to refund our payment or look for vacancy for another unit in the complex. We loved the location and said another unit would be fine and after much effort on his part he informed us of two other units available and chose one close to the beach. There was a price difference but instead of me having to cancel the existing reservation and make another one the difference was handled between Ryan and the other owner. Throughout the whole process Ryan kept us informed and found us another great unit for us and without any extra effort on my part. Ryan’s efforts and sincere concern for our comfort helped make our trip a complete success. Thank you!

We had an excellent stay in May, and highly recommend Andrea & Jack's. The condo is clean, well decorated and perfect for 2 adults. The surrounding property is peaceful with beautiful views of the ocean and landscape.. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and balcony! Love that restaurants are close enough to walk to. The hosts are accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here in the future!

Had a great time in Hilton Head staying in this Sea Crest unit. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Grady was very helpful and informative and communicated so well. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This place is lovely! Absolutely recommendable *****. The place was very clean and lovingly arranged. The description and the pictures are very accurate. It also had everything you need even if you want to cook full meals. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night, perfect to have good rest after busy days. Elliott and Kylie are quick to respond, very friendly and super helpful. The location is great, very close to the beach, we could even walk there with elderly grandparents without a problem. The beach is great, not crowded and with amenities (bathroom, showers, water station, etc) Like other guests say: you'll definitely feel right at home there. We will be coming back!

I really enjoy staying at Jackie's place. This was my second time staying at her place and my third time staying in the complex. The location is great. Close to the beach, shaded patio and backyard area, centralized location, close to shopping, easy to find and great for traveling with a dog. Condo was clean, roomy, temperature was good in the condo and bed was comfortable. I really like the shaded walkway across the street. Easy to walk my dog in the middle of the day. A trolly runs every 30 minutes in the area to. And there is a restaurant/bar across the street. The condo is .3 of a mile to the beach. There is pay for parking closer. The city raised the rates for parking this year. They have signs up to pay. You just need your license plate number and a credit card.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a week . Place is spotless and I am a total clean freak ! Was great no complaints we didn’t want to leave ! Great location and loved the shelter cove activities during the week . Shannon Tanner festivities ! Thanks so much for such an enjoyable stay hope to return one day

Just as described! We enjoyed the place and the location was perfect. We barely had to use our rental car with restaurants and entertainment a short walk away. We loved the free Dunes Buggy for transport to and from the beach. The condo had everything we needed. We especially loved the access to the beach cart, chairs and beach toys. We flew in from Louisiana so we were unable to bring these items with us. The kids loved having the boogie boards and floaties and my husband loved the ease of the beach cart for carrying everything. We will be back and would definitely stay here again.

We have rented many Airbnb homes over the years at the beach and in the mountains. This place was the best on every front. Every detail was thought through, from towels and linens, soaps and detergents, and a kitchen that has everything you would need if you like to prepare your own healthy meals. The screened in porch is a great space in Hilton Head with all the wildlife around but protected from the insects. I highly recommend this property and the terrific hosts that keep it in pristine condition.

Very nice Airbnb, comfortable beds, quiet surroundings. Never heard the neighbors or any background noise. The beach just a mile down the street was great for walking the dog and had interesting sandbars and tidal pools. Mary was excellent at communicating—always helpful, friendly and rapid responses. Would book here again!

Great place. End unit by the pool with the slide, not the pool in the initial photo. This unit is also by the BBQ area, wasn’t a problem. If you go out the back gate you can access the each easily through the Westin or get a morning coffee there.

Loved, loved, loved the area! Pools were great. Beach was beautiful. Great walking around the golf courses.

Great stay at Marriott Monarch is Sea Pines. This is our second time staying ar this family friendly spot. Love that it’s right on the beach, has a heated pool and hot tub on property. We rented bikes for the week and loved exploring Sea Pines on bike. Condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook. We will be back!

Clean, updated and even better than photos/description. Beach access was right out the back door of the parking garage. The balcony was enormous - comfortable patio furniture and a beautiful ocean view. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Excellent condo, gorgeous views of the ocean. Place was beautifully decorated inside and clean, had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Location is amazing, close proximity to the swimming pool and the private beautiful beach. We also love the location of Palmetto Dunes, close proximity to shopping at Shelter Cove and top restaurants. We hope to be back soon.

Hope to rebook again in the future. Perfect condo in a spectacular location, and our family of four enjoyed every moment. We wished for an additional week to find the time to enjoy all the activities and relaxation on offer. Loads of community recreation and available equipment to use or rent; "free lunch Thursdays" in the yard beneath the balcony - what a delicious surprise that was; quick drive to a plethora of superlative restaurants; wonderful nearby mini golf and public golf courses with club rentals; and an easy walk to a sensational community beach which - even with a lot of people - did not feel crowded. I suspect whatever you're looking for in a HH vacation, Maria's villa will offer a delightful home base.

This unit has a picture perfect location and we had an excellent stay. Finding a large unit wasn’t easy, but this one ticked all the boxes: spacious, updated, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. It was fully furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the easy walk to the beach and the stunning ocean views and sunrises every morning. The hosts provided clear instructions for a seamless check-in/out process. We would happily stay here again! ✨🏖️

We had a great stay at this home! The property was so clean, very nicely decorated and as advertised (except there were no cushions on the balcony lounge chairs which was disappointing because they were very uncomfortable). The location is great if you want to be within walking distance of shops and restaurants and the beach is just a short walk. It was great having access to the pool across the street next to Pool Bar Jim's since it is right on the beach! My only complaint is that on the last day we needed to stay until 11:30 rather than the 10 am checkout time and we were charged $75 even though there was no one checking in for several days after us. I recommend this home and would stay again.
