Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Hilton Head Island

Great location! We walked over to Fraser’s restaurant one night for dinner and also had takeout there one night. Great condo and convenient to everything in Sea Pines. The free bikes were a nice added touch plus my boys visited the gym just outside the Sea Pines gate everyday! Close to beach club and a great stay for our family. Will book again next year!

I have been vacationing on HH for over 25 years. I have stayed in many areas on the island. Sea Pines is the best place to stay. You don't need to leave the community. The condo has a very well stocked kitchen. The condo is in an ideal location: 9m bike ride to Harbour Town, 25m bike ride to South Beach, 5m bike ride to the beach. The walk to the beach is very enjoyable as well. Wonderful restaurants within biking distance. I am not crazy about carpet in a rental, but the carpet upstairs works better for our senior dog. I would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was serene and peaceful with the lake setting. The unit was clean and thoughtfully decorated. I think this was one of my favorite units we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in many. The only downside was it wasn’t the most accessible for the trails. We had to cross the very busy street which felt a little dangerous. We have booked with Jessica and plan to again for all of our SeaPines bookings.

We loved the location of this clean, bright space. There is an easy walk to the beach and quick bike rides to the horse stables, Harbor Town, and South Beach. Jessica was helpful and responsive while we were there.

We absolutely loved staying at Fairway Lane! Jessica is a fabulous host and was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The property is beautiful - extremely clean and the location was perfect! I loved that we were able to bring our fur babies. Thank you Jessica! We will definitely be back to visit again!

Loved Steven’s condo! Everything was super clean and well maintained. Condo was also very close to the restaurants and shops and just a short walk to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at Marrakech on the marsh. The house was beautiful furnished and in a very serene location, we could not have wished for more. It was definitely one of our favourite Airbnb stays and would love to return one day. Thank you very much Ellie for helping us with our questions.

Lesley is an amazing host and very accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The house was perfect for celebrating a graduation with family. There’s something for everyone with game room, yoga room, fire pit, hot tub, and karaoke! And plenty of space to gather in the kitchen or relax around the house. I highly recommend.

All I can say is absolutely amazing. We traveled with a family of 15 and everyone had there own place to sleep with their individual families. Pool was fantastic, kids room amazing, theater room wonderful. Kitchen well stocked, 6 cars fit in the garage/driveway. Thank you again for a wonderful family vacation!!!

I chose Patricks place for how nice the house the looks, the pool table, and 100 inch projection screen. Watching the nba final with the cool night air on the porch was amazing. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen is beautiful and the shower has great water pressure. Its easy to find and Patrick provides great instructions. I will definitely book again.

The location was great for our weekend of baseball. It was 25 minutes from the ball fields. The kids loved the pools and the area. It was quiet and the neighbors were pleasant when seen. The house itself was spotless and accommodated all four families that stayed there together very comfortably. It was very inviting and all in all the stay experience was great. We will be booking back with them when we come back to town.

My son and I loved our stay. The condo was perfect for us and very clean. We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. The bed was comfortable and the decor was tasteful and inviting. This is a family friendly resort with so much to do onsite. My son made tons of friends each day to play with at the pool and beach. We also enjoyed renting bikes and riding the trails. Kevin sent us great recommendations for places to go and food to eat. We loved putt putting at Pirates Island, eating at Poseidon and Skull Creek Boathouse, and shopping at Coligny Plaza and Shelter Cove. I highly recommend this condo for a fun and relaxing stay.

The condo is a great place to stay. Very nice interior, comfortable beds, and a fully furnished kitchen were our favorite highlights. Kevin is super easy to work with, very efficient with directions and information!

Would definitely stay here again! Everything was just as the pictures showed! We also cooked one night and we had everything we needed pots and pan wise! Very comfortable beds and my kids loved the bunkbeds! Had to communicate with Amanda and she was very responsive! I love staying at this resort this is my second year and it’s great with stuff to do for inside. We came during the hurricane and were still able to be at the pool and get there with no problems or getting rained on! Would definitely stay here again!!

The villa is beautiful and you can’t beat the location! It’s an easy walk/ bike to the beach club, harbour town, and the stables. The villa was exactly how described, very clean and perfect for our family and dog! Great vacation!

Wonderful stay! The apartment was very cozy and made us feel right at home. It’s spacious and located in a lovely gated community with tennis and pickleball courts, a pool, and direct beach access. This particular unit is conveniently close to the tennis courts and right next to a peaceful pond—where we had a daily visit from a local alligator, which was quite the experience! Kevin was an excellent host and shared great recommendations about the area. I truly recommend this place—it exceeded our expectations!

We gifted a week at Kevin's place for our son and daughter-in-law and they could not stop talking about how amazing their experience was! They absolutely loved the location, the home's decor, the beauty of the beach, the fun (pickleball and pools), and how easy it was to walk around the area in addition to the convenience of having so many accessible eating options. Loved the space! I was traveling for work and staying with a colleague, it was perfect because my husband and I could have the master and she was able to close off her bedroom and bathroom door and privatize her space. Worked great! Our pup had a recent knee surgery, so she loved the small patio area to walk around on her own, off leash. A perfect spot! Clean space, everything we could possibly need! Thank you!
