Es ist ein sehr nettes und sauberes Zimmer mit eigenen WC und Dusche. Seperaten Eingang. ( kleiner Bungalow) Alles wird alleine genützt. Im Sommer sehr angenehm kühl. Im Garten ist eine kleine Gartenküche mit Geschirr und Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Der Garten kann genützt werden. Waschküche vorhanden. In nur 2 Minuten erreichen Sie den Bahnhof. Wir bieten ein wunderschönes kleines, eigenes Haus incl. Terrasse und gratis Parkplatz vor unserem Grundstück. Außerdem haben wir eine e-Ladestation, zum kostengünstigen Laden. In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.
