Bedroom with double bed (can be divided into two), dresser and clothes rack. Bathroom with shower and toilet. A small room with dining area. Wood-look tiles in all rooms. We are a family of 4 upstairs, which can occasionally be heard. Free parking on the street and in the driveway.

There is plenty of opportunity for both relaxation and experiences.

The annex is detached with a small, south-facing terrace, reserved only for the guest. The host lives in a separate building.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

The apartment is located at the eastern end of a beautiful 1874 townhouse with a large garden and outdoor areas. There is a private entrance and south-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with a fridge-freezer - all overlooking the garden. There is parking in the courtyard around a large old linden tree. The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walks at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.

There is free parking in the driveway and a private entrance with a key box for your own apartment and terrace in the garden. 4-5 minutes walk to the bus and 10 minutes to the light rail to Aarhus, where you can take route L1 and be in the center of Aarhus in 15 minutes. - The Djursland highway is only a 3-minute drive away. - 2-5 minutes walk to Q8 or Netto and SuperBrugsen. The home is located in Ølsted close to Aarhus. Free parking space and city bus right to the door. The home is newly renovated and spacious with room for 2-4 overnight guests. There is a hallway, living room and bedroom. In the living room you will find a sofa corner (sofa bed), a dining nook, and a relaxation corner. In the bedroom there is a double bed. In addition, there is a bathroom and well-equipped kitchen with dining nook. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace.

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house.
