This spacious apartment with over 155 m² of living space was integrated into a former hayloft of a former farm in the idyllic Efkebüll. It offers relaxed living on two levels and a special lighting concept: in the morning, the sun greets the bathroom and kitchen, during the day it wanders into the spacious living and dining area and in the evening it says goodbye in the bedroom. Generosity, spaciousness and the undisturbed view through the lush window front characterize the living experience.

Lütt Hus on the dike - As the name implies - it is small and beautiful! Perfectly equipped, provided with individuality. The Wadden Sea, Fuhlenhörn swimming area, farms, a unique landscape, the right place for deep relaxation and recreation. We live next door - but not always and look forward to nice guests. For our guests we are always available by phone, email or WhatsApp. Our cleaning lady makes sure that everything shines and will make up the beds on request.

Together with our children, we have fulfilled the dream of living in our own little paradise and are now happy to welcome you to our farm in one of the 3 separate lovingly furnished apartments. Our small cozy apartment is located directly next to our house in the middle of the first dike. You have a small kitchen, a bedroom with TV, Bluray player and desk. On the ground floor there is also the small bathroom. Up a staircase is another small bedroom with 2 mattress beds on European pallets.

The apartment is located in beautiful Breklum on the North Sea. Located between Husum and Niebüll, the location offers quick access to public transport to Sylt, Amrum, Föhr and other Halligen. By bike, the North Sea, more precisely "Lüttmoorsiel" or the Hamburg Hallig, is very easy to reach.
