Despite the good accessibility of the exhibition grounds and the centre in Hanover, our property also offers you the necessary peace and quiet.

Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

The apartment is equipped with everything you could ever need and leaves room for what you bring yourself. If something is still missing: we have a good house community :-)

The apartment is located in the village of Groß Lafferde, in a central location on the federal roads 1 and 444. Braunschweig, Salzgitter and Hildesheim are about 20 km away, Hanover 45 km away. There are butchers (butchers) in the village and bakeries, doctor's and dentist's surgery are available as well as a local supplier about 2 km away.

Our apartment is located directly on the city forest and is furnished with care. There is a 1.80 double bed and a 1.40 sofa bed. The location is ideal with its proximity to Conti, MHH, the ice hockey rink, the city and Kantplatz. We have a parking space on the premises. Children are welcome!
