Die Elbe und der Deich sind in 15-20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Hier erwartet dich ein richtiger Strand mit toller Gastronomie Ab ca. Mai bis Herbst. Auch Hamburg erreichst du in 30 Minuten. In ca. 1,6-2 km Entfernung sind alle relevanten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In ca. 3 Km. Entfernung ist die Bahnhaltestelle. Hier ist ein KFZ sinnvoll !

Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie Nord- oder Ostsee in jeweils einer Stunde, Kiel in 30 Minuten, den Hamburger Stadtrand in 40 Min.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. The apartment is located in a thatched roof house from 1750. The former plank door was replaced by a large glass window. In front of it, you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning and have breakfast in the sun. The property is located in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein, in the Aukrug Nature Park with wonderful opportunities for cycling and hiking tours. By car, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea can be reached in about 1 hour. A parking space is always available in our courtyard.

Northwest of Hamburg in the beautiful Schleswig Holstein lies our lovingly furnished 48 sqm apartment with terrace and garden. There is a kitchen with stove, oven and refrigerator, a shower room and bedroom with double bed and TV. In the immediate vicinity is a small lake. The rural quiet location is ideal for a break, bike tours and inline skating, but also offers a good starting point for trips to the North and Baltic Sea or to Hamburg, Kiel and Glückstadt.

Very good shopping is within walking distance. In the district town of Itzehoe you are 10 minutes away by car, 45 minutes to Büsum and Hamburg is easily accessible by bus and train.

Due to its secluded location and the large garden surrounded by an old tree population, it is an ideal place to relax. Pure nature! Perfect for a relaxing weekend in the countryside for yoga and meditation groups, families with children or family reunions. In the attic there is a beautiful 75 m² yoga room equipped with mats and meditation cushions. From Hamburg it is a 40-minute drive by car and the North Sea can also be reached in 40 minutes.

The scenic surroundings in and around Kellinghusen offers many possibilities for outdoor activities, e.g. for canoe tours and excursions by bike. The outdoor swimming pool of Kellinghusen is right near. The train station from Wrist with train connections to Hamburg, Kiel, Neumünster, Pinneberg and Elmshorn is only 5 km away.

From the house you have direct access to a terrace where you can enjoy nature. The sauna is located right next door in the workshop. Best of all, you can even bring your own horses.
