Since November 2019, lovingly renovated single house with 80m² living space invites families to relax, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda as well as a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has a direct view and access to the lake. Rest and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with growing raw materials.

There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.
