Beautiful, newly built cottage of 122 sqm on two floors located in the first row to the sea. The house has 3 rooms with space for 8 guests (6 adults + 2 children), 2 nice bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. Outdoors there is a spa for 6 people and an outdoor shower. Around the whole house there is a lovely terrace, with garden furniture, sun beds and barbecue. The nature in Skagen is quite unique. The house overlooks pristine dunes and Nordstrand can be enjoyed after a 300-meter walk over the dunes.

The apartment is 14 sqm and is a large room with a double bed and a sofa bed that can be folded out. There is an outdoor kitchen with water and barbecue (THERE IS ONLY WATER OUTSIDE). In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with 2 hobs, coffee maker, electric cooker and microwave. The bathroom and toilet are located next to the apartment. YOU HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE TO GET INTO THE TOILET. It is 1.6 km to the city center and 1.9 km to the beach. Linen package with towels can be purchased for DKK 80 per package.
