Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

In good weather, the harbor promenade just outside is well visited. Cozy and well-utilized bathhouse with sleeping loft. Fantastic, south-facing, 180-degree panoramic views of the water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Relax in this unique and beautiful home. One of Denmark's most beautiful places! Enjoy the sunset from the deck chairs overlooking Julsø. Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in hot water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning trip and meet the heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Cozy private apartment in scenic surroundings

Just 20 minutes from Aarhus city center, the 55 m2 apartment is located in scenic surroundings with forest, lake and a nice walking path along the river and forest. There is a rich bird life with rare Danish birds including both buzzards and kingfishers. In addition, there is a rich wildlife with deer, hares and pheasants. There are good shopping opportunities 5-10 minutes' drive away, with both Meny, Netto, SuperBrugsen, Bilka and many more. In 20 minutes' drive, you can drive to Aarhus city center or to Silkeborg.

It consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 -80x200 and 2-90x200 elevation beds, a living room, bathroom with washing machine, dryer, kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, air fryer, microwave and oven. The apartment is close to Brabrand Lake and the city of Aarhus. There is a parking space in the driveway on the left. The owners live on the 1st floor but there is a separate entrance. Smoking is prohibited

Small and cozy 1-room apartment located in Viby, just outside Aarhus. The apartment is suitable for 2 people and comes fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Free street parking is available. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, are located in the shared common area. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment. There is an extra mattress for a 3rd person.

Huset ligger solrigt, har en overdækket terrasse og en stor have. Huset har et badeværelse, stort køkkenalrum, to soveværelser og en hems. Huset har ikke døre til værelserne. Der er ingen ovn, men en airfryer. Der findes guidebog til området. Der er brændeovn og en varmepumpe. Sengelinned og håndklæder er inkluderet.
