The apartment is well located, functional, pleasant, affordable, very quiet, no underfloor heating, extended walks in the nearby forest are available. 10 minutes to the highway exit A7. Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Auf 20m² erwartet dich ein liebevoll ausgestatteter Raum mit allem was man so braucht, sep. Bad mit Dusche und WC. Ausserdem hast du deine eigene Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Blick in den Garten. 1-2 Erw., 1 Kind plus evtl. 1 Kleinkind.

A unique house for unique days... ...with our tiny house in the Hessian Rhön. It is located in the large garden next to a second tiny house. From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful distant view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. It is made up of a bathroom with shower and water toilet, kitchenette, dining table, fold-out sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. A staircase leads to the heavenly sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00). Hot tub for a fee!

Our apartment is located in the heart of the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park and upon arrival you will be able to gaze far into the valley into nature and leave your everyday life behind you. Treat yourself to a break in our 'LANDzeit'. With a few steps, you'll be in the middle of forest and meadow valleys. Enjoy the hikes in the national park, refresh yourself at the many accessible springs, swim in the beautiful Edersee, visit pretty towns like Bad Wildungen and ....

The 40 sqm attic apartment with a dream view in the best location at Frauenberg. Downtown is within walking distance in approx. 10 minutes. Shops /restaurants nearby, yet the apartment is very quiet. Kitchen fully equipped, fridge with freezer, stove, microwave, etc. Bathroom with large shower Bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, lying surface 140 cm for 2 people. Garden with loungers, table and chairs can be used. Parking in front of the house is free

Garden house/tiny house "La Casita" in the countryside

Wooden house 13 sqm in the middle of our large orchard with mini kitchen, wood stove, plump toilet and solar power. There are 2 beds that can be made as a double bed or single beds. Consciously kept simple, no TV and WLAN, but plenty of PEACE and NATURE. The garden with swing, fireplace and teepee (in summer) is available. The house is 30 m away and there is a shower room, which can be used from 7.30 to 22 o'clock and where the dirty dishes can be left.

Cozy home near the city

The well-kept in-law is located in a quiet location below the Rauschenberg in a residential area. Shopping and a pizzeria as well as a bakery are within walking distance. Downtown and train station are also only about 30 minutes walk away. Cathedral concerts, musicals in the city castle or even the events on Hessentag 2026 can be reached in 2 minutes by bus or relaxed on foot. With us, you are quiet but still close to the city.

Lovingly renovated apartment in old water mill

At the foot of the Frauenberg, directly on the Fulda river, we rent a holiday apartment in our historic watermill, renovated in 2021, with up to four sleeping options in two separate bedrooms. Located on the outskirts of Fuldas, the city center can be reached on foot (about 20 minutes) or by bike. Our large yard also offers free parking. Shopping can be reached in two minutes on foot. Two lively, friendly dogs live on the farm.
