Great place and the host was very helpful.

George’s place ended up being great for our family of 4. Good stuff: The location is amazing!!! Good restaurants, bakeries, stores, bars, museums, and sites <5 min walk. Quiet on top floor. Little sketchy for me but family of 4 liked the balcony. Miele appliances with good washer and dryer. AC in main bedroom but only 1 and is a little under powered. Not Great Stuff: Place is very vintage Paris apartment. It has peeling paint, on 5th floor with ~95 more narrow steps and no elevator, and ceilings are low in many areas. If you are >6’ watch your head. If you are in Paris and location is key, love this place. If you are elderly or have a baby or very young kids I would consider the cons. Cheers! The place is older

We would highly recommend the accommodation to everyone. The apartment is small, but it offers everything you need for a few days in Paris (including basic food or hygiene products). We also liked the location of the apartment near Montmartre, from where you can walk to the city center in about 45 minutes. The host was always nice and quick to respond to messages.

We loved our stay! Joris was very responsive and kind. Very close to attractions and restaurant.

Olivier’s apartment was perfect for us (1 adult and 13 year old). It’s in a great central location and we walked everywhere. The apartment is spacious with very comfortable beds and a fabulous terrace. Olivier was a kind host who communicated clearly and quickly. Thoroughly recommend staying at Olivier’s place.

I enjoyed my time at Olivier’s place immensely. The apartment is just as pictured and a really lovely home base for your next Paris adventure. Olivier was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. The apartment itself is well equipped and appointed. It was one of the cleanest AirBnB’s I’ve ever experienced. The stairs are very ‘European’ meaning you’ll have a a good work-out but you get used to them very quickly. I highly recommend Olivier’s apartment to anyone visiting Paris and hope to be back myself, sometime soon!

Sebastian was a great host. He personally welcomed us and showed us the apartment and how to use different items. Sebastian also created a list of French cuisine restaurants close to where we were staying. This was provided upon our request---very nice and cordial on his behalf. The location was ideal as the Cadet Metro station is just down the block. From this station we were able to reach every Paris touristic destination.

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a semi-basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. Very practical. and Eric is really nice. Thank you very much.

A big thank you to Yacine, loved the place, checking in was easy Yacine met us on arrival, all prior communication with Yacine was fast, great to have private parking. And Yacine was on hand if we needed anything, 5/10 minute walk to various restaurants, would definitely visit again.

Hanging Moment. We had a great time at this Airbnb. Beyond the listing. We had a real experience that Yohann and his wife were able to create. And this one started from the first phone calls . The place is beautiful. The hosts were able to respond with brilliance to all my additional requests (decoration, breakfast). The city is also very charming. Yohann hosted us wonderfully. We had very warm and friendly exchanges. I don't exaggerate when I get back. This was our one year anniversary, I sincerely thank them as they participated in this exceptional time. I recommend!!!!

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

Françoise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. We were a little disapointed with the apartment as it is a little run down. But the place was still quite comfortable. Thank you Françoise.

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I must also mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

The room was just as cozy and charming as shown in the photos. It’s located in a quiet area, yet very convenient with a bus stop and metro station nearby. There’s also a delicious bakery close by! Most importantly, the host was incredibly friendly, responded quickly, and kindly accommodated our arrival time, which made our trip to Paris a truly pleasant experience.
