The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

Herzlich willkommen im FUCHS, unserer gemütlich-modernen Ferienwohnung in Ilsenburg, dem schönen Luftkurort am Fuße des Brockens Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Doppelhaushälfte auf 2 Etagen mit eigenem Eingang. Sie wurde 2025 komplett saniert und lädt innen wie außen zu Ruhe und Entspannung ein. Zum Schlafen steht ein großes Boxspringbett bereit. Unsere Highlights sind 2 Badezimmer, eine Relax-Liege und ein Hängesessel im Wohnzimmer und eine einladende Sonnenterasse hinter dem Haus

From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The 40 sqm WILD&COZY apartment is a modern, new apartment in the WILD&COZY vacation home with an open floor plan and the latest furnishings in a quiet location. A very warm ambience was created with a lot of love for detail. A special feature is the private parking right in front of the private entrance and the large private terrace. Blankenburg (Harz) is located between Quedlinburg and Wernigerode and thus offers countless opportunities to start excursions or hikes together.

We offer you a very well equipped, bright & modern apartment in a quiet location, not far from the Hasseröder Ferienpark with sauna and swimming pool and the Harzer narrow-gauge railway. The apartment has a bright living area. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine and reclining chair. On the upper floor is the quiet sleeping area. Outside, you can enjoy the sun on your own terrace or end the day with a barbecue.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Cozy quiet vacation home

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Harzchalet Emma 3 - my Sauna - Sankt Andreasberg

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

My "little hut" is located in the beautiful village of Stapelburg in the Harz Mountains between Wernigerode and Bad Harzburg/Goslar. Last year, a real gem with a lot of love for detail emerged from a "junk shed." My place is on a quiet side street, and parking is available right in front of the house. The "Schüppchen" is hidden behind my house and is accessible via a comfortable external staircase.
