I had a fantastic stay! Marcella was a great host—super welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was outstanding: cozy, clean, and beautifully kept. A special shoutout to her wonderful mom, who took amazing care of me and served the most incredible Italian breakfasts every morning. Highly recommended!

Es war super schön bei Luca. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich! Alles sehr sauber! Das Frühstück wurde mit Liebe zubereitet . Für uns war die Lage allerdings nicht der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unsere Aktivitäten , weil wir auch gerne ans Meer zum baden gehen. Wir waren trotzdem rundherum sehr zufrieden ! I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

La Rocca fue un lugar increíble para quedarse, Carmignano es un lugar increíble para quedarse y conocer la Toscana desde dentro.

Camera ottima per le nostre necessità, zona tranquilla non troppo trafficata (via a senso unico), bagno completo di tutti gli essenziali comfort, bella tv posizionata di fronte al letto, climatizzatore che in pochi minuti ha raffrescato l'intera stanza. Ottima anche la colazione inclusa alla pasticceria a 10mt dall'edificio. Francesco host impeccabile, sempre presente, smart check-in/out, buoni consigli per aperitivi e cene.

Auf einem Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht, morgens den Sonnenaufgang durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer genießen, im Garten mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume von Agnese und in die wunderschöne Landschaft frühstücken...was will man mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig. Die Küche mit 5 flammigem Herd und Backofen läd zum Kochen ein, wenn man denn einmal nicht in einer der Trattorien der Umgebung mit romagnolischer Kücher essen möchte. Agnese ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und mit ihren Tipps haben zum Gelingen unseres Urlaubs wesentlich beigetragen. Was man wissen sollte...die Gegend ab Haus ist eher etwas für sportlch ambitionierte Radfahrer, man kann aber direkt schöne Wanderungen unternehmen; die Zufahrt über einen Kiesweg ist etwas holprig aber gut machbar; man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zur Erkundung der wunderschönen weiteren Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Very much enjoyed our stay with Antonio. He got us an upgrade to an even nicer room, which was super clean, spacy and very well maintained. We especially appreciated the recommendations for local sights upon arrival! Highly recommend!

This Airbnb was fantastic - clean accommodations, proactive and friendly host, easy to access and in the heart of Florence. And most importantly, had AC in the bedrooms :). Also within walking distance of Florence’s amazing landmarks. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great stay. It’s in the middle of where you want to be. The view from the common room of the Duomo was really cool! Massimiliano is a great host. Very attentive and accommodating. We were going to self check-in but coincidentally he was there, about to leave yet he took extra time out of his day to give the personal touch. Wonderfully decorated! Very Clean! Only regret we have is that we left too early to experience the breakfast. Definitely would recommend.

Casa bellissima e pulitissima. Camera da letto, soggiorno, bagno. Tutto. Host super gentile e ospitale, ci ha anche mandato tanti consigli di cose da guardare nei dintorni.

Abbiamo alloggiato 2 notti nella struttura, splendido giardino di cui abbiamo goduto, ben organizzato e curato nei dettagli. Ottima pausa relax! Colazione ottima, buona varietà e disponibilità di Ylenn. Ylena e Franco ottimi host molto gentili nel fornirci indicazioni sui ristoranti della zona (ottimi!) stanza con bagno privato, con tutti i comfort, unico neo la presenza della vasca nella parte più bassa del bagno.

Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Leonardo war super. Er hat mir eine sehr ausführliche Beschreibung gegeben, um in die Wohnung zu kommen und war jederzeit erreichbar. Der Weg in die Wohnung war gut zu finden und ich habe mich sicher gefühlt. Das Zimmer sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Es war sogar größer, als ich erwartet hatte und sehr sauber. Das Stadtzentrum und der Bahnhof sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kann es empfehlen und würde wieder hier übernachten.

Host super gentile e disponibile, appartamento perfetto e pulitissimo con a disposizione bottiglie d’acqua e succhi di frutta per gli ospiti (cosa che non succede spesso). Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Bologna tornerò da loro!

Excellent! Breakfast was phenomenal every single morning and we were tended to so perfectly. Check in was smooth— luggage drop off was so easy and we dropped off once we arrived in Florence and were able to explore. Luggage drop off was also available our checkout day and we were able to leave and explore before it was time to go—they also called a Taxi for us and had it waiting for us when we left. We did not get to use the pool, but the room and shower were perfect. Bed was a bit firm, but that is up to preference, not a complaint. Villa is also further away from city center, and requires a lengthy walk— but is without a doubt walkable. We walked every single day to the city center and across the bridge! You can even see the peak of the Duomo from the terrace! Area felt less tourist packed than other airbnbs in the area and we felt more surrounded by locals. The service was some of the best we’ve received and we were greeted every single morning and day. Great stay!

Exceptionnel ! Quelle plaisir d’avoir été accueillis par Mara! L’emplacement est parfait, la vue - imprenable! Le lit est très confortable et la chambre est de taille parfaite! Petit balcon sympathique. Le petit déjeuner, incroyable! Il y a de tout et tout est frais et préparé avec soin! En plus nous pouvons déjeuner dehors, vue sur mer ! C’est sans doute le meilleur BNB que nous avons eu! Mara était disponible tous les jours et très à l’écoute. L’emplacement est parfait car il est un peu éloignée du centre ce qui permet d’être calme mais en même temps on y est très vite. Depuis la maison nous avons un accès directement à la mer. Et avec la réservation du BNB les transats sont compris le temps du séjour! Incroyable ! Bref c’est le top du top! Nous reviendrons ! Et mille merci Mars 🫶🏻 Je recommande x10000!

We could enjoy some wonderful days in this villa. Gabriele and Pamela are amazing hosts and very responsive and helpful. We can highly recommend this place.

Il soggiorno da Piero è stato perfetto nulla lasciato al caso, dal posto stupendo immerso nel verde con una bellissima visuale sulle colline circostanti, alla pulizia delle camere e dei bagni (perfetta!), alla simpatia e cordialità di Piero e di sua moglie con i quali ci siamo anche "persi" in belle chiaccherate ! Per finire al risveglio la ci siamo trovati una colazione fantastica preparata dalla moglie di Piero....torte e dolci fatti in casa per noi! Grazie ancora ci rivedremo sicuramente!

Fantastisch verblijf. Wat een heerlijke ruimte buiten en binnen. We hebben een mooie dag in Cervia aan het strand gehad en ook een dag bij het zwembad gelegen. Wat een rust! Zo van genoten. Binnen 20 minuten ben je Ravenna waar veel restaurants en barretjes/clubs langs de kustlijn zitten. Daar hebben we heerlijk gegeten. Alles was perfect. Goed bed en douche in ruime kamers. Het ontbijt was fantastisch. Erg uitgebreid en lekker! Giovanna is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Reageerde snel op vragen. Echt een aanrader voor als je van rust houdt.

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte. Stefano ci ha aspettato nonostante fossimo arrivate alle 20:00. La stanza e il bagno erano grandi, con tutto il necessario, pulitissimi e ben arredati. Anche la cucina e la sala dove abbiamo fatto colazione, alla mattina erano bellissime, sembrava di essere a casa. Per colazione c'erano diverse torte, biscotti e brioches (anche senza glutine), succhi, frutta, cereali, fette biscottate, pane, marmellata di tutti i tipi...Tutto perfetto insomma. Abbiamo dormito perfettamente, perché il luogo è in collina, silenzioso, con una vista e un tramonto spettacolare.

Soggiorno splendido, anche se siamo rimasti una sola notte, la struttura è fantastica. Enrico e la sua compagna sono eccezionali, i cani fantastici. Grazie di tutto
