Sandra was the perfect hostess, what a lovely person and a lovely place, it felt like home, very quirky which I loved. Will definitely go again if I'm in Prato. Only criticism which was a very minor one was finding the place, but Sandra came and met us which was nice of her. Extremely happy with our stay, highly recommend

Yes, it is spectacular for all the reasons mentioned by others. The frescoes in the rooms and loggia are most remarkable, and of great historical significance. There’s a manual on site that details all the history, and additional information can be found online on Wikipedia and elsewhere about the frescoes and the garden. Gian is a most excellent host. Thank you thank you thank you.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. There were constructions happening on the main streets around the flat which caused some inconvenience but wasn’t too bad. Our only complaint is that the blanket bedding was uncomfortable, thin, and felt like a plastic throw. We mentioned it to the host and hopefully they will improve for future tenants. Overall we liked staying there!!

I would absolutely stay here again! The hosts were so lovely to communicate with, super accommodating and the space itself was a dream. Perfect for short or very long stays and in an excellent location.

WOW! Book it now. We literally waited the entire stay to write this review, and since there are millions of reasons to book this place we will focus on the highest- first Andrea is a true superhost. What a lovely person, caring, attentive and very proactive. The house is the most unique place we’ve been to, and you will fall into the 60s-70s vibes of it right away. It’s enchanting! Every room in this house is decorated to perfection, the kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a great place to view the sunset. Other than that’s it a great place for families (great variety of sleeping options for the young ones) with lots to do around. Andrea, thank you so much for everything, we can’t wait to come back.

Armando's place is amazing. The place is new and has been built with quality products. The host has been very responsive and accommodating. You will feel at home right from the start. One of the rare places we have been and felt relaxing from the start. The vast patio is also a rare feature for a place this close to city center and that has a parking. I can't recommend more this place.

Roberta’s place is a true gem - one of those rare Airbnbs that instantly feels like home and makes it hard to leave. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, the apartment is about an 18-minute walk from the train station and 30–35 minutes from the city centre. There’s also a bus stop just across the street (though keep in mind that Bologna’s buses can be a bit unpredictable). Every room, including the kitchen, has air conditioning - a huge plus in the summer. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, from a dishwasher and washing machine to sewing kits and spare batteries. There's also a lovely little balcony - perfect for a quiet breakfast, a coffee break, or a glass of wine in the evening. I 100% recommend staying here and truly hope to come back someday.

Perfect in every way. Beautiful place to call home while in Florence. It had everything we needed and more. Sveva had wonderful recommendations that perfected our time in Florence. Coffee and gelato are steps away from the front door. SMN is an easy 10 minute walk, everything that we could have possibly needed was all in walking distance. We loved meeting everyone, and even had an opportunity to tour the museum, which was stunning. We will be staying here every time we come to Florence. Thank you Sveva!

The accommodation in which we were hosted was in a central, convenient area, corresponding to the photos and descriptions. Clean and tidy place. Fabio proved to be extremely helpful, always responding in a timely manner and providing very useful advice. I'd come back here without a doubt.

Waking up in the morning in complete relaxation, away from the daily chaos, immersed in nature was an indescribile!The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with all the comforts! Antonella and her husband are exceptional, friendly, caring people with a great sense of hospitality! Antonella delighted us every morning with her breakfast, all home made! What can I say... I highly recommend this accommodation!

I had all of the amenities I needed for my stay at Marina's apartment and could not fault anything at all. I had asked for some restaurant recommendations and Marina was responsive and helpful in providing these. In addition, she recommended some places to visit whilst in Bologna. All very useful. Nothing was too much bother for Marina. She greeted me on arrival and came across as friendly and we run through any questions I had. The apartment was clean and is centrally located in Bologna. I could not have wished for me.

Aida's place was wonderful! We loved everything about it. It's very spacious and decorated beautifully. The air-conditioning was fantastic to come home to after long days sightseeing in very warm weather. We highly recommend Aida's place for a "home away from home."

This is not my first time as a guest of Roberta and I always feel good and I confirm everything I have said in previous stays. Hospitality, availability at any time, very clean and super equipped accommodation with everything, including air conditioning.

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

The house is clean and cozy, as my daughter said "it feels like home", very well-stocked, in the center, we did not miss anything and we had a great time. We have never had any difficulty parking near the entrance, but there is no shortage of parking spaces in the vicinity. Paola is very courteous and very attentive to the guest and we thank her very much.

Beautiful place, true to the photos, discovered in the early morning after Alessandro greeted us with a smile in the middle of the night following problems on the road. The estate is superb, in the heart of nature, next to a golf course. A little further away from the places to visit (small roads), but it's the counterpart to the idyllic setting. Outdoor areas are numerous and pleasant. The pool is quiet, large, well maintained, not very chlorinated and surrounded by trees to have some shade. The apartment is large and typical, a little dark but this helps to keep it cool (thanks to the air conditioning!) The possibility of breakfast at the Golf course ~15 minutes away (pleasant walk) or 10 minutes by car (much more convenient with stroller) is very helpful (Italian type, correct price and setting just as quiet and idyllic) It is also very nice to have condiments available. Numerous mosquitoes despite the mosquito nets (windows, bed)

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment was not only spotless but also super cool in style — such unique decor and a cozy vibe. The pool was a dream, especially on warm days. And the surroundings? Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe it. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A truly unforgettable experience! What a brilliant stay we had here. Hidden away into the Tuscan countryside, with views as far as the eye can see. We wouldn't hesitate to come back to this stunning property. Very attentive hosts, we were greeted at check in and given a tour of the property. The building is shared with the owners, but the apartment has full privacy, with it's own outdoor seating area. The bedroom is a very good size with air conditioning, and it also has a kitchen and bathroom full of character. The gem for us was the infinity pool - all to ourselves and with views of the Tuscan countryside that you see in magazines and didn't quite believe existed. Well they do here. The property is within 10-15 minutes drive of various beautiful towns and villages. We would recommend the town of Vinci and the vineyard tour of Colle Adimari. Florence is 40 minutes roughly, Pisa even less. What more would you want.

Our stay with Anna-Maria and her family was great! The whole family is warm and friendly – we felt welcome from the first minute. We also especially loved her sweet dog. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, super clean and you have everything you need. Everything you need is there, and you feel right at home. The location is ideal – you are quickly in the next largest city, but also just as quickly in the mountains. The surroundings are fantastic and perfect for walks right behind the house. An absolute highlight was the hot tub – perfect to relax after a day in nature. In addition, Anna-Maria gave us a few nice tips for excursions in the area, which were very helpful. We can only warmly recommend staying with Anna-Maria and her family and will be happy to come back!

The place is wonderful, beautiful views from every side. The apartment is also beautiful and finished in a great style. Very clean both in the apartment and around the building. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.
