Wonderful Family Living! The host, Elisa, was fantastic... He explained and sent us everything in time so that we could arrive without worries, the house was a dream and he even provided us with a small breakfast. The house is splendid, even better than in the photos. Everything is tidy and super clean. In addition, a plus of the house was the super-equipped kitchen. Very quiet and quiet area. Very short but very pleasant stay. The welcome was punctual and friendly, the location is very convenient to visit Bologna and its surroundings. The house is spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped. Truly enchanting

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

The country cottage is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

Francesco was super helpful. Place was as described. Walkable from train station. Steps away from a laundromat (apt does have a washer a machine) and a cafe pretty much next door. It was perfect for our one night stay prior to our cruise sailing out of Ravenna.

We had a fantastic time at Marianna's place. She's a formidable host and we were very grateful for her help during our stay. The place is spacious, confortable and close to the city center. We enjoyed her little library of Ravenna's cultural sites, which are absolutely fantastic. We also enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the coffee and breakfast things that were at our disposal. Thank you Marianna!

I had such a wonderful stay! Definitely a little jewel of an attic. Train station is a few steps away and easy to get to the central with a 10min train ride. Restaurants, stores and a park within mins of walking distance. Katia was quick to help providing recommendations and answering any questions. I recommend this space 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

Carolina’s beautiful Villa and the Rose Cottage, where we stayed, are well kept and beautifully renovated. Reception was very nice and easy, and the location is splendid for those who like to get out of the busy Florence. The garden is beautiful in May! The bed was nice and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was great and served in the Villa. Even though May offers warm weather, we did not get a dip in the nice pool. We got recommendations for two really good restaurants in the neighborhood that we visited - and we were not disappointed. On top of this, Carolina and her mother Monica were very nice and pleasant hosts. I would highly recommend a stay at Carolinas place!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment with everything we needed for one night to fly out of Bologna. Very comfortable bedrooms and impeccable bathrooms. Kitchen was really convenient and the expresso machine made our breakfast. Highly recommended and really closed to Bologna airport.

What a wonderful stay at Laura's! She is an incredibly warm and friendly elderly lady who immediately made us feel at home. The bedroom in her apartment was cozy, and although the bathroom was shared, it was always spotless. The view from her house on a hill is simply breathtaking – we could hardly get enough! An absolute highlight was the breakfast on the terrace. Laura spoiled us every morning with delicious homemade jams and fresh coffee. This is the perfect way to start the day! The parking lot directly in front of the accommodation was also super convenient. We can fully recommend Laura's accommodation and would be happy to come back anytime!

Nice place no complaints

Loved staying at Anna's place - the apartment is on a perfect proximity from the centre while still having the perfect combination of privacy/calmess and good amount of restaurants etc nearby.

We had a wonderful time in the quiet accommodation with garden. The small breakfast is great! Christina and her daughter were very friendly and helpful! From Bologna and Modena, you can quickly reach the location by train and bus. We recommend an exceptional stay there and thank you very much 🙂

Perfect accommodation with plenty of space, comfortable bed, excellent cleanliness and the equipment that Ms. Marzia provides is super complete. There is everything for the bathroom, to be able to prepare something hot and quality breakfast products. Considering the quiet location away from noise, only 1 km from the center on foot, and the unique availability of Marzia, it is a must for staying in the Cervia area. Thanks to the next one.

Guilia is a very kind and helpful host. The communication is quick and easy. The rooms are immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. You can do a lot directly from the apartment (eating, drinking, culture) and in about 12 minutes on foot you are in the old town of Bologna. When the windows are closed, it is quiet for sleeping. When the window is open, earplugs are recommended.

Cottage surrounded by the green of the hills. Beautiful garden with loungers and tables to enjoy the sun and nature. The owners live next to the house but the location guarantees privacy and tranquility. Both hosts were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The house is technological, modern, super equipped, equipped with all comforts for a great stay. Easy check-in, with hotel-style door opening/closing with electronic paper. Fast WiFi. Just minutes from Cesena by car. Ultimately a super positive experience. Highly recommended.
