I had a fantastic stay! Marcella was a great host—super welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was outstanding: cozy, clean, and beautifully kept. A special shoutout to her wonderful mom, who took amazing care of me and served the most incredible Italian breakfasts every morning. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

The interaction for the reservation was quick. I stayed for work needs and therefore with special times but it was not a problem to adapt the check-in and check-out times. The welcome was warm and hospitable as if we had known each other for a long time. Pet friendly property, no problem accommodating my two Labrador Retrievers. The accommodation was clean, tidy and welcoming, nothing was missing, it felt like home, away from noise and traffic. Guests also have a Wi-Fi network with a fairly fast connection. Indoor parking. A small, well-kept garden is also available. I'll definitely be back.

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

I had a very nice room in a place with indescribable views. However, you should know that the place is very remote. Ruth and her husband were extremely friendly and accommodating. It feels very nice.

This was our second time staying at Gianetto. We love the villa and the peaceful surroundings, makes you wanna move to Italy and plant tomatoes:). Marcello is a great host- friendly always ready with local recommendations. We will definitely be back!

The stay was very quiet and the apartment is located in a strategic area for getting around Bologna by car. Luca was a great host!

The host was very lovely and the room was also very nice and clean with a gorgeous bathroom. Right by the bus stop, so very accessible for the city centre. We would highly recommend to everyone :)

We stayed 2 nights in the property, a beautiful garden that we enjoyed, well organized and cared for in detail. Excellent relaxing break! Excellent breakfast, good variety and availability of Ylenn. Ylena and Franco are excellent hosts, very kind in providing us with information on the restaurants in the area (excellent!) room with private bathroom, with all the comforts, the only downside is the presence of the bathtub in the lower part of the bathroom.

Absolutely recommended! Nina is a wonderful host and I had a fantastic stay. I booked a double room for myself at very short notice and Nina made this possible immediately and easily. She was very nice and accommodating. The place itself is a dream. The room was not only sparkling clean, but also first-class and very tastefully furnished. The bathroom is particularly noteworthy, as it really sets standards in terms of cleanliness. The location in a quiet mountain village is perfect for escaping the stress of everyday life and enjoying the silence. I felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend a stay with Nina. Excellent alternative for those in the vicinity of Monte delle Formiche and Monte Bibele. An isolated place, but ideal for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city. Annamaria was very helpful in welcoming us, with a flexible check-in time and clarity in all the services provided during the stay.

Super friendly and helpful host, perfect and clean apartment with bottles of water and juices available for guests (which doesn't happen often). If I ever return to Bologna, I will definitely stay with them again!

The stay at Piero's was perfect, nothing left to chance, from the beautiful place surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, to the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms (perfect!), to the friendliness and cordiality of Piero and his wife with whom we also "lost" ourselves in nice chats! Finally, when we woke up, we found a fantastic breakfast prepared by Piero's wife...homemade cakes and sweets for us! Thanks again, we'll definitely see you again!

Fantastic stay. What a wonderful space outside and inside. We had a nice day in Cervia on the beach and also a day at the pool. What a rest! So much fun. Within 20 minutes, you are in Ravenna, where there are many restaurants and bars/clubs along the coastline. There we ate deliciously. Everything was perfect. Good bed and shower in spacious rooms. Breakfast served was fantastic. Very extensive and delicious! Giovanna is very helpful and friendly. Responded quickly to questions. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet.

Lovely place Abracadabra and Angela is a lovely host. In the middle of farmland this small Oase. Lovely decorated, nice rooms, good beds, great garden with a big pool. We loved our stay and would recommend this to everyone!

We stayed for one night. Stefano waited for us even though we arrived at 8:00 pm. The room and bathroom were large, with everything you need, super clean and well furnished. The kitchen and living room where we had breakfast, in the morning were also beautiful, it felt like home. For breakfast there were several cakes, cookies and brioches (even gluten-free), juices, fruits, cereals, rusks, bread, jam of all kinds...Everything was perfect. We slept perfectly, because the place is on the hill, quiet, with a view and a spectacular sunset.
