At approximately 995 m2, this charming log cabin is approx 35m2 with gas boiler / WC / shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator. Cutlery, dishes, pans, radio, coffee maker, towels, 2 persons down, 4 upstairs. A small TV and an Xbox360 and a SAT antenna now allows access to content such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube. There is a small renovated wine celar with 5 different wines from Gernot Reisenthaler to choose.

Mikrohaus in Krems-Süd

Auf Grund der positiven Erfahrungen als Airbnb Hosts, haben wir 2020-2022 den kleinsten Stadl auf unserem Grundstück in ein Tinyhouse umgebaut. Wir haben alles selbst geplant und gebaut und hoffen, dass unsere Gäste sich wohlfühlen und die Zeit in Krems und der Wachau genießen werden! Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Untergeschoss meines privaten Hauses. Man hat einen eigenen Eingang und auf Privatsphäre wird großer Wert gelegt. Nur zwei Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt befindet sich ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Zum Ausladen des Gebäcks kann selbstverständlich direkt vor der Unterkunft angehalten werden. Bei Fragen oder Anregungen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung.

Kleine praktische Wohnung am Schürerplatz 4

Die kleine Wohung liegt gleich neben der Donau direkt am Schürerplatz . Heurigen, Restaurants Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles in der Nähe. Und für Mountenbiker und Wanderer ist es überhaupt ein Erlebnis in der Wachau, Senftenberg, Mautern.... Wenn ihr ein Rad braucht könnt ihr gerne auf eigene Gefahr das blaue und das graue Klapprad hinten im Keller verwenden. Siehe Foto.
