Beach apartment holiday rentals in Island of Hawai'i

We had our dream vacation and can only recommend renting this particular condo. It felt like a home away from home the minute we stepped inside, and we'll remember those quiet morning coffees on the lanai, listening to the ocean, forever. Christine's condo is exactly as promised in the photos - what you can't sense from the photos, but should definitely treat yourself to, is the warm atmosphere of the condo. Here you borrow someone's home, and not just a random condo. Enjoy the perfect sunsets from the lanai, the fragrances from the garden, and enjoy the cool breeze through the condo, if you let the windows stay open. It is pure magic to sit at Queen's Bath, both in the morning and at night, and listen to the waves break. We only met incredibly friendly neighbors - and the friendliest staff at the nearby Ali'i Gardens Market. We wish, we could have stayed much longer and dream of coming back someday to sit on that lanai and watch the waves and drink Kona coffee

We only stayed for a couple nights but wish it could have been longer! Perfect location, clean cozy place, and every detail was thought of. Would definitely come back!

Jan and Cami were very nice to deal with. Their condo is in an amazing location. They thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. Very well organized space. It was clean and inviting.

Christie is an excellent host. Everything was just as described. Comfortable beds. Spotless linens. Clean kitchen. No bugs! Pool can be noisy until it closes but you cannot hear it on the balcony. Other than that, quiet condo complex.

place was beautiful! spacious and very well kept. location was great just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of the strip down the road. host was responsive and helpful!

Would definitely stay in this condo again. Has been updated since the pictures. Bathroom is newly renovated and stainless steel refrigerator instead of what is pictured Very close to everything but still very, very quiet and peaceful. Michael thought of everything from a welcoming gift, to everything you could possibly need for your days at the beach. Chairs, umbrella, pool, noodles, boogie boards, cooler, and everything for snorkeling. The air conditioners kept us plenty cool. Short walk to the pool and hot tub. Michael totally took care of us.

Hi Keli, we had a wonderful stay at your place and are giving it a well-deserved 5 stars! The apartment’s beautiful bath and kitchen design, with clean lines and bright surfaces, was a highlight. The location is perfect—quiet yet close to the city center, supermarkets, and tours. The gardens, pools (especially the saltwater one), and stunning sunset views with bird sounds were breathtaking. The thick walls ensured no neighbor noise, and the respect for quiet hours made for peaceful nights. The comfy sofa, bed, and high-quality toiletries added to the experience, and the well-equipped kitchen and convenient elevator were much appreciated. Thank you for a fantastic stay—we’d love to return!

Everything excellent, very clean and good location, only the shortness of air for the day in hot weather is a bit hot but I recommend closing windows and at night you open

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything I needed for a long term stay: an equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, WiFi, cable/Roku TV, comfortable furnishings, a lanai with a view, and designated parking. The pool at the complex was excellent for daily swims. The ocean-front location of the complex provided beautiful sunset views.

Great place to stay in Kona! Just yards from shops and restaurants. Kitchen was perfect for meals at the condo and dining on the lanai. Location was close to great activities! Binder in the condo had great suggestions for what to do on the island. We picked a new adventure each day and had a blast! Will definitely stay again when we visit the big island!

We enjoyed our stay at Nico and Sarah's condo. It was a convenient location and had everything we needed. Nico and Sarah were responsive to our questions. I would stay here again.

It’s very convenient that this property had free AC. It was also nice that we were able to cook full breakfast every day. That helps save a lot of money. Also great location!

Lovely stay at Palm Villas. Our space was super clean and luxurious, and very well equipped. Lagoon poolside +++ better than expected and nature trail to beach is fabulous. It was a reunion for me and my Sis and we thank you!

Fantastic location. Walkable to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Beautiful decor inside and out. On the wish list for better outfitting of kitchen: cloth napkins for six that match the woven placemats - the whole point of condo (for us anyway) is to be able to make and serve a few dinners, along with coffee & breakfast on lanai. Had to set the table with paper towels for napkins - only 3 cloth napkins which did not match the elegant setting or placemats. And having plastic wrap or baggies and foil should be included - at a minimum some storage containers... lastly - champagne flutes :) Maybe this is fine for other guests.

We booked this amazing unit for a family trip, and it more than exceeded our expectations! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all of the essentials and then some, and the use of snorkel gear and e-bikes was a real plus. If there was one thing that couldn't be appreciated in the listing photos was the view!! We ended up making all of our meals in the condo, simply because we wanted to be able to take in the amazing vistas and sunsets. The lanai provided a calm and peaceful spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee as well as the most scenic spot to enjoy our dinners. The bright and inviting interior made the unit feel even larger than it was. The responsiveness of the hosts was exemplary. When we come back, we will be requesting this exact unit!

The studio condo was immaculate, beach access couldn't be easier. The kitchen is fantastic, all new high end appliances so cooking was a breeze (even the knives were sharp), being a chef I really appreciate a fully functional kitchen. We would highly recommend this unit for two people and look forward to staying here again. Mahalo!

Very clean, well-appointed, wonderful amenities, Hilton pool pass was such a nice addition and really made our stay, kid friendly, great location for our family. Would do it again!

Andy’s condo was excellent. We had the best time staying a week for our anniversary. I took a lot of time looking at other options and reading reviews…we are so glad we chose to stay here. The property was super clean, super quiet, and gave us plenty of room to stretch out. Feels like home. The beach club access is so nice. Shaded parking, covered beach chairs, and not very crowded. The snorkeling around the point to the south of the beach is amazing. We saw turtles every day and even a spotted eagle ray. So fun! As some of the reviews stated…it’s one of the nicest places to stay on the Big Island. We will be back again! Thanks Andy!
