We are in via salette where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house by the sea. There are also sun loungers and umbrellas to fully enjoy the sea in Sperlonga.

Sea, culture, relaxation. "Civico 60" is located near the beaches of Sperlonga and Gaeta and on the Via Francigena. The apartment, in the center of Itri, overlooks the medieval castle and is ideal for relaxing in a new and welcoming environment. The house has two bedrooms with double beds (in one it is possible to add a single bed), a living room, sofa, TV and bathroom with shower and washing machine. All rooms are air-conditioned.
