The Garden of Dreams

The house has a triple room and a double room, both with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a bathtub; downstairs (accessible by an external staircase) there is an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Exclusive access to the upper floor of the garden, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the sea, completes the experience.

It combines proximity to the most famous vacation spots on the Tyrrhenian coast, to the tranquility of life in the countryside. The house consists of: double bedroom, kitchen/ dining room and bathroom. Outside there is exclusive space and many other common spaces. The house is 4 km from Formia and Gaeta, 20 km from Sperlonga and 3 km from Itri. The station is 2 km away and you can comfortably visit Rome or Naples.

The fisherman's refuge

The small building is located in a side street of Via Indipendenza, the ancient seaside village, at the top of a flight of stairs.The space is very well looked after and equipped with every comfort,here you can spend your holidays in a typical period accommodation. The apartment is on 3 floors, has 2 bedrooms with two double beds (both with air conditioning) and overlooking the sea,and 2 single beds on a mezzanine (with fan). The house has a beautiful terrace with kitchen that you will love!

Villa Afrodite

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

La villa si trova sulla collina sopra la spiaggia dell'Ariana a circa 300 metri dal mare, a 3 km dal centro abitato di Gaeta e a 18 km da quello di Sperlonga. L'appartamento, con ingresso indipendente e posto auto riservato, ha una ampia e panoramica area esterna ad uso esclusivo.

The house is in the heart of the ancient medieval village of Gaeta with an enchanting view of the gulf. The house with a separate entrance is equipped with three spacious bedrooms all with direct access to the garden terrace, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area. You can walk to the best restaurants, bars. To reach the house there are about ten steps. The house is located in a ZTL in July only on the evening of the weekend and in August every day from 9 pm to 6 am.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Sperlonga. We are in via salette where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house by the sea. The house is 90 sqm with large outdoor space and garden and consists of: large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one outside. There are also sun loungers and umbrellas to fully enjoy the sea in Sperlonga.
