Holiday rentals with breakfast in Itri

We had such an amazing time at Cati's place! The apartment itself is simply stunning: modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities (and even more!) and decorated in a very charming and special way by Cati herself. You can see how much effort she put into this place that carries her style and talent. It's located in the heart of Carpineto Romano and you can walk around. The views are stunning. Communication with Cati was always easy and instructions are clear. We would love to come back! Thanks for everything Cati!!!

There are no words to describe the beauty and peace that reigns in this wonderful house surrounded by the green of the Itrani olive groves. Our stay was impeccable and exceeded all expectations. Everything is taken care of in detail by the host Ascanio, an exquisite and always available person, who has even drawn up a guide to places and activities of interest in the area. We felt at home and super pampered, in a clean, comfortable but above all quiet environment. Really recommended!

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

We stayed for two nights in Federica's accommodation in Colli a Volturno. House surrounded by nature, a few minutes' drive from the town center and from restaurants and services. Giacomo, who handled the check-in, was very kind to give us advice on what to see in the area and was available. The lake of Castel San Vincenzo is about 15 minutes by car from the house. You can park on the street a few steps from the house. For me, it's a fantastic place to relax and visit the surroundings, go hiking or trekking, and the hosts are keen to make you have a great stay by providing everything you need. We loved the terrace and the family of kittens that practically live in the building opposite. Good value for money in general.

We thought it was a very nice house. It is furnished with a lot of love and attention and has all the comforts. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very nice. Outside on the terrace and by the pool you could sit, with beautiful views of the hills. The outdoor shower and pool were also very nice. Raffaele, Floriana and Alessandro were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed it.

Great villa 100 meters from a beautiful sea in a private, elegant and quiet consortium with dedicated beach and beach equipment for 2 people. Fabulous, cozy and beautifully finished garden. Maybe some finishes in the house to improve, but overall we had a great time and we will consider the possibility of coming back in the future.

Simona was extremely helpful, which I appreciated as I was a solo traveler. She even checked prices of a taxi for me. Her apartment is full of heart and character, with a personal touch. I enjoyed the sun terrace at the top. The actual pedestrian road is full of character. Thankyou. 😃

We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Carlo’s and their property highly enough.

Virginia and her husband welcomed us upon arrival and helped us get settled in. Friendly and responsive communication throughout our stay. Place is centrally located within the town and close to Naples (about 40 mins) and Sorrento (about 1 hour and 15 mins). Parking close by was a huge plus for us. The washer wasn't ready for us whenever we stayed; however this will be a great addition to the space. We appreciated the snack items provided to us in the unit. There was no extra tourist fee needed here, just the standard of providing documents upon check-in. We would definitely consider staying here again and recommend to others. Thank you for hosting us!

If I could give him 10 stars I would give him 11, Franca was very helpful and patient. The house is very nice and has all the necessary amenities to make the most of your stay. Franca paid special attention to my daughter's needs from the edge cover to flexible check-out. We will definitely be back!!

Very helpful host, very cozy, beautiful house, I liked it a lot

We had a lovely stay at Vincenzo and Gamze's place, it was perfect for what we needed on our way up to Rome from Naples. We were able to feel right at home by putting the fire on in the evening with the added bonus of waking up to a spectacular view in the morning. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful apartment and we hope to come back one day. Dan and Valentina :)

Just what I was hoping for. Quiet, comfortable, clean, great location, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, lovely.

Shower was hot. There was a good coffee machine and we slept well. Instructions were clear.

The accommodation is located in the inner area of Circeo, which is an advantage because it is far from the chaos but only 5 minutes by car from the sea. The accommodation is a small villa immersed in the countryside, renovated and cared for in every detail. The room and bathroom are very clean, spacious and very comfortable. In the morning, Valeria provided us with a full breakfast that we were able to enjoy in the beautiful patio. Valeria was very kind and extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!

Maria is a great, attentive hostess and offers a great and spacious apartment. We enjoyed the amenities, the magnificent view of the sea and the neighboring town of Gaeta and the good breakfast in the Bar Trieste. The central location is also good - we just didn't expect the main road to be so loud (earplugs for the night are helpful). But Maria can't do anything about the noise. 😉 For very good and also exceptional food we recommend in Formia the Trattoria "Il Tiesto" and in Gaeta the Zrattoria "La Maccelleria". We enjoyed it very much there.

Donatella was very kind and helpful. The house is located just above Itri, in a quiet area from which you have a beautiful view, the rooms are well-kept and clean. For breakfast there was a wide choice and the cake prepared by the landlady was really great. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a relaxing stay in the middle of the greenery.

The stay at Sandro's was a very pleasant experience: his villa in the countryside is just a few kilometers from the sea. The welcome was excellent. The place is well organized. Breakfast was very rich and genuine. The host is super helpful and thoughtful.
