To get here follow the dirt road until you wonder if you drove too far. Then you drive a little more and you are there. You are embraced by forest suss and birds chirping. Simply at ease. ”Frida” is a house on wheels that I built in e-comaterials, to become my dream house. Cool solutions for storage, a spacious kitchen, and things that are fun: the climbing wall to the loft & the rope ladder between the trees. Newly renovated family apartment, 100 meters from Lake Halen, large terrace, and beautiful nature. The nature is beautiful and there are hiking trails all the way around Halen, canoes can be rented at Halenkanot Olofström In Olofström town, about 4 km away, there are good shopping opportunities for food, Systembolag, pharmacies and small clothing/sports shops. It is an apartment that is located in front of our machine shed with the main house a little further away. The apartment has a private entrance and private terrace.

In this 25m2 home, there is most of it. A fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and also a cozy private patio. Start the day by following the bike path down to Möstadparken for a morning swim in wonderful Ivösjön. Here you will also find a play area for the children. For those who want to swim from the jetty, a visit to Korsholmens swimming area is an alternative. (700m) There you will also find a restaurant. If you want to experience Bromölla's nice nature from the water, we offer kayak rentals (2) at extra cost.

Wonderful cottage in stunning nature by the lake Halen

Relax in this unique and tranquil home. With nature as a neighbor and the lake outside the door, it's just to relax. Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cottage is all by itself on a cape. There is one bedroom and one sofa bed . Electricity is available and all amenities like fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer , stove and contemporary decor . No running water without water on a can. Drainage is in the kitchen. There is an incineration toilet but no shower.

Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Beautiful house by the sea

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas med vacker utsikt mot havet. Hörvik är en underbar liten fiskeby med många vackra hus och promenadstråk. En idyllisk plats året om! Huset ligger intill ett naturreservat och bara 50 meter till egen brygga. Hörvik har egna fiskrestauranger, glasskiosk, badstränder och gym med havsutsikt. 10 min bort med bil ligger en stormarknad med mataffär, restaurang, apotek och flera butiker. Sölvesborg ligger 20 minuters bilfärd bort, en vacker pittoresk stad.

Stugan har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng som är 160cm och även en bäddsoffa för 1 person i vardagsrummet. Dusch, toa och tvättmaskin. Stugan är utrustad med ett litet kök som rymmer det mesta så som kyl/frys, spis, micro, kaffebryggare, brödrost mm. Stort trädäck med härlig morgonsol. Uteplats i kvällssol, grill. Solstolar, strandstolar, cyklar.
