My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable for our family of five — spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented, which was perfect for us. We especially appreciated being so close to the M7 metro line, making it easy to explore the city. There’s also a great bakery and supermarket just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. Our host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was seamless. Highly recommended!

Laurent has truly been a great host. A real friendly person who will make sure that you have the most comfortable stay at his property. During my time at his place, the weather was very hot, Laurent’s first thought was to ask if I would like a fan to which a graciously accepted. He and his family are very warm and friendly people and would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Paris.

Lovely location, not far from the city, though some ongoing construction makes the walk to the train station a bit confusing. The apartment itself is quiet and charming, and matches the description as well. Alaeddine communicates promptly and clearly. Would stay here again.

Communication was always great, punctual and accurate. The location with respect to the Rer is very convenient about a 2-minute walk, compared to the metro about 8 minutes. I tend to like in staying in less tourist focused areas on the outskirts of places I visit, and Danielle's unit definitely was that while still providing an easy way to get into paris via the metro. Getting into the building the first time took a bit of effort but the provided instructions were very comprehensive. Lots of good north african / middle eastern food in the area too! Overall, it was a great place to base my trip to Paris out of.

Fahad is a great host, the apartment is cozy, close to the RER gare, very convenient to get to downtown Paris in 20min.

The space is beautifully lit and wonderfully ventilated, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. We particularly loved the large windows, which let in plenty of natural light and made the apartment feel even more inviting. The apartment is tastefully decorated and incredibly cozy, making it a perfect fit for our group of four. The bathroom was spotless and well-appointed, and the kitchen was a dream to use. We appreciated the reliable hot water and the excellent functioning stove burners, making meal prep a breeze. It was clear that everything in the apartment was in perfect working condition, which meant we never encountered any issues during our stay. This is truly an excellent place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We'd definitely book it again!

The accommodation is small but practical, and Annabelle takes the time to explain the specifics of the accommodation, so no surprises. The cleanliness is impeccable. In case of high heat, the only opening is the door, it's ok because the access does not give directly into the street, but it must be taken into account. The bed is comfortable.

A real little piece of heaven! The location is ideal: not too far from Paris, very easy to find, and especially in an extremely quiet area. The place is clean, well appointed and decorated with taste. We immediately feel at home there. The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

The stay was really great, the apartment had everything and it is very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and there were no problems with anything. She is very nice and friendly, always quick to respond to messages. It is very easy to get to the center because you can get everywhere by subway number 7 and at most you will change to something, so the journey is efficient and fast. Recommended for everyone!

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available to us around the clock for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. We highly recommend the place!

We couldn't have hoped for a better Airbnb for a stay of 2 in Paris given our budget. The value for money is great. The apartment is clean, we slept very well. All the equipment is present, including a washing machine, a hair dryer. No need for sheets or towels, all this is provided. No problems arriving or picking up the keys, the apartment is easy to find, less than 2 minutes from a metro station allowing you to reach any place in Paris directly or with a single connection. Françoise and Patrick are very welcoming, they offered us croissants, fruit and some fresh products on arrival and during the stay. They suggested very nice activities and took care of our laundry, allowing us to make the most of our stay. We thank you again for your welcome, our stay would not have been so good without you. Looking forward to coming back.
