The place itself is situated in a quiet area and when entering Marc’s place you are in an even more quiet and beautiful garden. Truly recommend!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. One thing that really stuck with me was something he said during our tour: “I always put myself in my guests’ shoes and treat them how I would want my own family to be treated.” That statement perfectly reflects how he hosts—with genuine kindness, care, and attention to every detail. Tarik goes above and beyond in every way. He is personable, respectful, and truly dedicated to making sure guests have the best experience possible. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable for our family of five — spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented, which was perfect for us. We especially appreciated being so close to the M7 metro line, making it easy to explore the city. There’s also a great bakery and supermarket just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. Our host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was seamless. Highly recommended!

Christel a été une hôte avec qui l’échange a été super facile en virtuel et en réel. Qui s’intéresse à votre ressenti quant au séjour que vous passez dans son logement. Et qui a été hyper arrangeante concernant l’heure d’arrivée ce qui m’a énormément arrangé ! Il y a des commerces à 8 minutes à pieds. Également à 8 minutes il y a la ligne 7 du métro pour rejoindre Paris facilement. Très contente du logement dans lequel j’ai séjourné. Et une petite pensée pour mon copain à 4 pattes Rosko 🫶

Séjour très agréable, hôte très réactif et s'adapte à vos demandes. Logement très propre et conforme aux photos. Il se trouve proche d'un arrêt de bus. Petites attentions très sympathiques ;)) Merci

Die Wohnung war wundervoll und wir hatten einen phantastischen Aufenthalt in Paris. Super Parkplatz vor dem Haus / eine traumhafte grüne Gartenumgebung / & die Wohnung sehr stylisch / architektonisch toll / super sauber und einfach top. Aurore hat uns super empfangen und war bei fragen immer sehr hilfsbereit. Wir sind sicherlich sehr bald wieder dort!❤️

Laurent has truly been a great host. A real friendly person who will make sure that you have the most comfortable stay at his property. During my time at his place, the weather was very hot, Laurent’s first thought was to ask if I would like a fan to which a graciously accepted. He and his family are very warm and friendly people and would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Paris.

La comunicazione é sempre stata ottima puntuale e precisa. La posizione rispetto alla Rer é comodissima circa 2 min a piedi, rispetto alla metro circa 8 min. L'appartamento è come descritto pulito e fornitissimo di tutto. Il quartiere tranquillo anche di sera tardi Jules super cortese. Lo consiglio

I tend to like in staying in less tourist focused areas on the outskirts of places I visit, and Danielle's unit definitely was that while still providing an easy way to get into paris via the metro. Getting into the building the first time took a bit of effort but the provided instructions were very comprehensive. Lots of good north african / middle eastern food in the area too! Overall, it was a great place to base my trip to Paris out of.

Fahad is a great host, the apartment is cozy, close to the RER gare, very convenient to get to downtown Paris in 20min.

A Perfect Stay at David's Apartment! Great Co - Hosting by Baruk David's apartment exceeded our expectations in every way! While the photos looked great, the reality was even better. The space is beautifully lit and wonderfully ventilated, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. We particularly loved the large windows, which let in plenty of natural light and made the apartment feel even more inviting. The apartment is tastefully decorated and incredibly cozy, making it a perfect fit for our group of four. The bathroom was spotless and well-appointed, and the kitchen was a dream to use. We appreciated the reliable hot water and the excellent functioning stove burners, making meal prep a breeze. It was clear that everything in the apartment was in perfect working condition, which meant we never encountered any issues during our stay. This is truly an excellent place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We'd definitely book it again!

Le logement est petit mais pratique, et Annabelle prend bien le temps de nous expliquer les spécificités du logement, donc pas de surprise. La propreté est impeccable. En cas de forte chaleur, la seule ouverture est la porte, c'est ok parce que l'accès ne donne pas directement dans la rue, mais il faut le prendre en compte. Le lit est confortable.

Un vrai petit coin de paradis ! La localisation est idéale : pas trop loin de Paris, très facile à trouver, et surtout dans un quartier extrêmement calme. L’endroit est propre, bien aménagé et décoré avec goût. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise, comme chez soi. Parfait pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie 🥰 Je recommande sans hésiter et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !🤩

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Pobyt minął naprawdę super, w mieszkaniu niczego nie zabrakło i jest bardzo wygodne. W mieszkaniu było bardzo czysto i nie było z niczym problemów. Pani bardzo miła i przyjazna, zawsze szybko odpisuje na wiadomości. Bardzo łatwo dojeżdża się do centrum bo wszędzie dojedziesz metrem numer 7 i co najwyżej się w coś przesiądziesz więc podróż jest sprawna i szybka. Polecam wszystkim!

Estuvo excelente, es muy tranquila la zona, vecinos silenciosos. Al principio el edificio te da la impresión de abandonado pero dentro del departamento cambia todo. El departamento cuenta con las amenidades necesarias para la estancia. Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy felices. Linda nos recomendó un app del metro que fue súper útil, siempre llegamos al departamento excelente.

Süße und sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles war sauber und der Prozess des Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie waren bei Fragen rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch bei einem kleinen technischen Problem waren sie innerhalb von 20 Minuten da und haben sich darum gekümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Nous ne pouvions pas espérer meilleur airbnb pour un séjour à 2 sur Paris au vu de notre budget. Le rapport qualité prix est formidable. L’appartement est propre, nous avons très bien dormi. Tout l’équipement est présent, notamment un lave linge, un sèche-cheveux. Pas besoin de draps ou de serviettes de toilette, tout cela est fourni. Aucun problème en arrivant ou pour récupérer les clés, l’appartement est facile à trouver, à moins de 2 minutes d’une station de métro permettant de rejoindre directement ou avec une seule correspondance n’importe quel lieu dans Paris. Françoise et Patrick sont très accueillants, ils nous ont offerts des croissants, des fruits et quelques produits frais à l’arrivée et pendant le séjour. Ils nous ont suggérer des activités très sympathiques et se sont occupés de notre lessive, nous permettant de profiter au maximum de notre séjour. Nous vous remercions encore pour votre accueil, notre séjour n’aurait pas été si bien sans vous. Au plaisir de revenir.
