This charming apartment is composed of an independent entrance from the garden, a large cosy bedroom (15m2) nicely designed with sofa and TV, a seperate kitchen and a bathroom (28m2 in total). Tramway T7 is at 5min, Subway 14 at 10min walk, to join Paris center in 20min and Orly Airport in 5min. We will do our best to make you feel at home here. Apartment has an independent access from the garden. This one is not suitable for tall people (+6,26 ft) as the ceiling is a bit low.

Charming studio, very comfortable and modern. Books, paintings, piano, decor give a very warm atmosphere to the place. Memory foam mattress for a good rest, terrace for breakfast or aperitif. There is only one bed for one or two people 140×200. It is for this reason, among others, that I only accommodate adults in the apartment, moreover, it is not designed to accommodate children. Sorry. Accommodation close to shops and transport (tram, bus and metro 14 Chevilly-Larue or L'Hay 15 min walk. Metro 7 Villejuif Louis Aragon is accessible by tram 10 min. The Belle Épine shopping center is a little over 1 km away. You will be at home.
