Old Forester's Lodge at Lindewitt

Take a vacation on historic grounds. Since about 1848, the old forester's lodge has stood here on the ruins of Lindewitt Castle with its castle moat, of which unfortunately little remains to be seen. Owners included Count Rantzau and General von Blücher and his wife Christina Sophie Countess of Holstein-Holsteinburg. The Lindewitter forest invites you to take long walks or bike rides. The forest house is centrally located between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, on the Danish border.

Perfect for a group stay of up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace has garden furniture, a gas grill and table tennis table in the summer months. The fireplace with seating is located separately on the beautiful grounds. The in-house PV system supplies the property with electricity.

All three historic, interesting cities as well as the border with Denmark can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Numerous bikes and hiking trails are available to come from place to place or just enjoy the nature. A swimming lake is also just around the corner.
