Although it is a managed villa area, the grounds are also surrounded by greenery, so it is a highly private, single-family rental villa. It is a 3-minute walk to the entrance of the scenic Monawaki Suspension Bridge, and the national park promenade along the coast is ideal for a morning walk, taking about 40 minutes to complete one round. Izu Ocean Park and Ocean BBQ are a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. You can see the Pacific Ocean from the suspension bridge and lighthouse, about a 5-minute walk, and if you're lucky, you can see a sea turtle swimming. It is about a 20-minute walk from Jogasakikaigan Station, and there are 2 free electric assist bicycles in the facility, so you can go shopping in about 10 minutes to a supermarket or convenience store without a car. Off season (excluding Golden Week, summer vacation, New Year's Eve, Saturdays, and holidays), early check-in is free unless there is a reservation the day before, so please take a walk to the suspension bridge or prepare a BBQ while you are waiting for the hot spring.

This is a quiet villa area located at an altitude of about 1000 meters, on the Iizuna Highlands. Built in 2022, a simple log house with plenty of wood aroma. You can find lots of beautiful scenery in just a 10-minute walk. Check out Mt. Iinu from Oaza Hoshiike. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iineta Higashi Ward)! The next closest bus stop (Iinetate) is about a 7-minute walk. You can also get here by public transportation. Walking distance to restaurants such as Mori-no-Eki, Iizuna Soba, ramen, hamburgers, etc. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenkoji Temple. Togakushi Shrine is about a 15-minute drive away. It is also a great base for golfing and skiing in the direction of Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. Please also use it for the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomi Trail, and climbing Mt. Iinu. If you want to go to a hot spring, Tengunokan at Lake Reisenji is about a 15-minute drive away. The house is located in a quiet villa area, a few minutes drive from Mizu-no-Eki, on the north side of Lake Toya. You can see the lake view from the second floor of the house, and you can see the fireworks in the onsen town every day in the summer. The best part is the large, completely private garden. There are various types of flowers, trees, and fruits, so you can enjoy the scenery in all seasons, and there are also tables, chairs, and umbrellas, so you can relax in the garden. There is a municipal hot spring, Ikoi-no-Ie, located nearby (1 minute by car). You can enjoy the scenery of Lake Toyako and the hot spring baths fed by the source spring for 450 yen. You can stay with your★ pet (dogs only). The garden is a lawn, so please use it as a dog run that you have to yourself. It is about a 7-minute walk to the lake, so it is also in a good location for a relaxing stroll.
