In summer cool, warm in winter, clay walls and cellulose insulation ensure this. The water is heated by solar thermal energy; if the sun is not enough for heating, wood pellets are used. Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.
