Verschiedene Eigentümer vermieten dort ihre Bungalows. Die neu sanierte, 40 qm große Wohnung im OG hat einen Balkon (nachmittags sonnig), ein Schlafzimmer, ein Esszimmer mit einer kleinen Büro-Ecke und einen Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile sowie ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.
