We are remodeling our home, and this place was conveniently located nearby. It offered a fantastic, private setting. Our two kids had a great time—it was safe, secure, and private. I highly recommend this place, especially because the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I give this place 10 stars!

The photo do not do this place justice. This house was so special. The interior design was full of repressed, and uncalled materials. To top it all off Jauxniece was the best host, warm, friendly, responsive, helpful, the list goes on. She did everything make our stay as wonderful as it could be. Words can't express how memorable our stay was. Thank you for sharing your home with my family and I. It felt like we went into a time capsule back to the 70s enjoying all the southern charm Georgia homes had to offer. We'd love to come back before the summer is over. We'll see. You really have something special here. Beds were really comfortable. The pool house was so fun with all the activities and the rain shower with the 3 shower heads, yes! You truly put a lot of thought into every single part of the house. We wish you all the best success with your places. ❤️

As you can see from our numerous previous reviews, we love staying at Doo’s place. Her house is our first choice when staying in the Atlanta area. It feels like home and she feels like family now. As you can see from the many other reviews, Doo’s place is 5 stars. She always goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable and her place is immaculate in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet close to many great restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend Doo’s place. Just please keep it nice as we frequent it often.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

i was in the process of moving out of my house and needed something that allowed pets. The whole apartment was LVP and I had my own entrance and driveway .It was perfect for what I needed.

The apartment was just as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were lots of stores, shops, and restaurants within minutes. Kay was a great host. I had no reason to contact her because she left detailed instructions for everything! I was also pleasantly surprised that there were snacks, water, and even little bottles of wine. Unfortunately, I had to work while I was there, but the desk and chair were comfortable and I had no WIFI issues. The bed was also extremely comfortable and there were several options (air conditioner, fans, heaters) available to control the temperature of the rooms. I will definitely come back.

This was an amazing stay. The house was very cold at one point, but she didn’t hesitate to turn it to a better temperature for me overall everything went perfect perfectly and if there’s an available date, I’ll be looking forward to staying again!

Stayed with Luis for 5 nights while visiting my son nearby. The place was immaculate and provided easy access to everything I needed. Coffee and water were plentiful and I felt safe and comfortable in this adorable space. Luis was sweet, helpful and attentive to my stay. Will definitely stay again in the future. Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

First time in Atlanta and we are very happy we stayed here. Beautiful place to take in the city. We loved everything about it. My family will plan to return to this listing in our future visits to ATL. Thank you N for getting it right!

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!
