Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

Staying with Pascale is like staying with a friend - she took such good care of us and welcomed us into her home. Her apartment is well appointed and has everything you could need. We arrived in the evening and she anticipated what might make our settling in easier after a long day of travel. If you have the opportunity to stay with Pascale, you are in for a treat!

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

My family and I stayed here for our first time visiting Paris and it was wonderful! The place was so clean and welcoming, bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean, the kitchen looked newly renovated and had every appliance/dish you could need. Despite being out of the Paris city center, the Paris metro/train system is very very easy to navigate and the apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station. Getting to Paris is only a 10 minute train ride, and the trains feel safe and clean. Ridha was very helpful throughout our stay and responded so quickly to any questions we had about the city. We loved our stay and would definitely choose Ridha’s place again!

We had a great stay. The location was terrific and our two-bedroom apartment was very comfortable for our family of three. All of the staff at the concierge desk were very friendly and helpful. It was also convenient to use the luggage storage on the day that we checked out. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment in Paris. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment is very tastefully decorated. The communication with the landlord was excellent, great tips were sent and questions were answered immediately. We were surprised upon arrival with a personal letter and a small gift. We would rent the apartment again at any time.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Valérie is very kind, we found a cozy, very pleasant space in her house. Comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen with all the necessary items for a 4-day stay. The place is close to the subway that takes us to the center of Paris in half an hour. The balcony is a plus, where we can have a beautiful view of the sunset, and drink a wine at nightfall. There is a Carrefour downstairs, and restaurants that sell ready-made food. I really liked it. Thank you.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Booked this place for my parents They enjoyed their stay This is their first time visiting France. The host gave a lot of house rules, but the instructions were clear, and she was communicative The environment, according to my parents, was really posh and nice!!! The only thing was that the electricity kept tripping whenever the kettle was on, but the host let us know how to turn it back on. (My parents ended up not using the kettle after a while because the light would always trip) Otherwise, I would recommend it—it's worth the price!! The accommodation has a lift, so accessibility was easy, which was a plus for my parents. There isn't a lot of closet space, but that wasn't an issue for them. Thanks for a good stay!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. We were in Paris for the Le Bourget Air Show, so the location was perfect. If our intention had been to visit the city, obviously the accommodation would have been a bit out of the way. That said, the house is super spacious: it is a three-story villa with a garden and therefore perfect for large groups. There were 7 of us and we were very spacious, certainly without the claustrophobia that other accommodations on this platform convey. There is no air conditioning but all floors except the attic were still very cool (at least in late June). Finally, although we never met him in person, Hamza was very present with messages and always responded quickly to all our questions.

A quality welcome from Ben. Responsive and very accommodating host and very kind with his whole family. It's available anytime. The accommodation was impeccable, very large, well arranged and VERY clean. We were able to enjoy the garden, which is a big plus. I would recommend it 100%. We will come again

A welcoming and authentic natural setting on the outskirts of Paris. You can go there without so much as a second thought

We spent a night at Yoann and Fanta's on our way back home. The contact was pleasant and easy going. The space was as expected and very neat. It is a small but nice ground floor residence with a spacious garden and outdoor space. Would definitely stay again!
