Old Forester's Lodge at Lindewitt

Take a vacation on historic grounds. Since about 1848, the old forester's lodge has stood here on the ruins of Lindewitt Castle with its castle moat, of which unfortunately little remains to be seen. Owners included Count Rantzau and General von Blücher and his wife Christina Sophie Countess of Holstein-Holsteinburg. The Lindewitter forest invites you to take long walks or bike rides. The forest house is centrally located between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, on the Danish border.

Welcome to the farm Norderhesbüll! My guest room with kitchenette and private bathroom offers peace and an unobstructed view over the North Frisian marshland. The farm is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding islands and Halligen, the Charlottenhof and the Nolde Museum. The Danish border is only 8 km away. Located at the narrowest point of Germany, this gem is a 180-year-old thatched-roof Geestlanghaus, in a quiet secluded location with free parking, 10 minutes away from the A7. Young couples with toddler, solo travelers, tourists on the way north or south, seclusion looking painters, pianists (wings available!), writers and other creatives, bird lovers and lovers of the seas are welcome in our small gallery!

Beautiful studio apartment

Our beautiful 1-room apartment in the commercial area is on the second floor and can be reached via an external staircase. It is built a little special and therefore quite unique and very comfortable. An open living, sleeping and kitchen area awaits you. In addition, there is a walk-in closet and a storage room. There is also a sunny balcony. Weekend and short breaks are welcome here.

Handewitt Vacation Rental

We only rent the apartment on the upper floor of our house. A staircase leads to the separate entrance to the upper floor of our house, where you will find a large combined living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The size of the apartment is about 50 square meters.
