Within walking distance there are numerous wine taverns, cafes and restaurants as well as a supermarket.

The bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, and fitness room are shared spaces. Grocery stores can be reached in 3 minutes. Shopping center can be reached in 10 minutes. The train and highway are 15 minutes away. Danube bike path: 15min detour.

Large country house in Wachau for up to 10 people

My place is close to Krems/ Donau, Wachau, 60 km to Vienna and directly on the bike path. Large garden, barbecue gas/charcoal, delivery of winemakers of the area possible. I live with the many advantages of a very large house in the countryside, but which offers the best connections to the infrastructure. Use of sauna and whirlpool by arrangement.
