Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Naše chata je místem pro každého, kdo rád čerpá energii v přírodě - ať už v páru nebo v poklidné společnosti přátel a rodiny. Najdete ji v dubovo-borovicovém lese poblíž Borovan na jihu Čech v krásné přírodě nedaleko od Novohradských hor. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.

Der Bungalow zur alleinigen Nutzung befindet sich direkt am Lehenhüttl-teich in absoluter Ruhelage/Einzellage und gehört gemeinsam mit dem Wohnhaus der Eigentümer zum erhaltenswerten Gebäude im Grünland. Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.

Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten uvm. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (z.B.: Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (z.B.: Marienkäfer) möglich.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
