Holidayhome at Bernsteinsee (Sauna, BBQ, firepl.)

Beautiful log cabin 400m away (approx. 7 minutes on foot) from Lake Bernstein. Very quiet location surrounded with trees and beautiful small holiday homes. The garden is overgrown with plants so that it cannot be seen in from outside and is exclusively available. A Gasgrill and fireplaces both inside and outside with wood is included. Whirlpool (75€ / stay; April-Oct.) and sauna (25€ for / night; all year) can be booked for additional cost. A Carport for one car (up to 2 m high) is available.

Vacation home on the Drömling

Right on the Drömling, the unique biosphere reserve, is our apartment on the ground floor of a large farmhouse. It has a separate entrance. Parking with the possibility to charge the electric car is available right in front of the house. The courtyard property is completely fenced and therefore ideal for children. The swing, the sandbox and the stilt house may be played with, so that our dog, cats, chickens and ponies quickly become a minor matter. You are welcome to use the pool.

Apartment in the Birkholz estate house

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

This small but very cozy apartment is perfect for small families or couples (with pets). Furnished with really EVERYTHING you need for life with children. Located on the edge of the village, with connection to the adjacent multigenerational house, the apartment is also a paradise for children, dog lovers, and nature lovers. At the lake there is a beach, pedal boats, stand up paddle boards, mini golf, football field, volleyball net, barbecue areas and various gastronomic offerings. The surrounding nature invites you to extensive walks, hikes and bike tours.
