The upper floor has a living room with a writing corner, a sleeping alcove with a bunk bed, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm). There are two patios, one with a barbecue and sun area by the entrance, which is private and secluded, and another in the large garden next to the pond.

Playground is nearby as well as a vending machine. The sea with a sandy beach is only 11 km away.
