My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

In front of the kitchen is a large, covered terrace with an open grill. On the first floor there is also a steam sauna with shower and extra guest toilet.

The Feldsteinhaus is located on the peninsula of Scharmützelsee in Bad Saarow. It is an 80 sqm holiday home and is located on the eight hectares of private grounds of the Eibenhof. The former pigsty is the jewel of the Eibenhof. The use of a boat dock, swimming spots, the large garden, barbecue area and the sports fields (tennis, foot and basketball) are possible at any time. Our wooden house is located in the midst of an extensive lake landscape just outside Berlin. Lake Storkow is only a few minutes' walk away. Here you can relax further on the beach and enjoy the water. The city center of Storkow, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot, offers you a historic old town, restaurants, shops and a medieval castle.
