This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Entenkoje Camping Boat 'Anneliese'

The Entenkoje offers you a unique nature experience in the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park. You do not need a driver's license and can drive the boat without prior knowledge. In the boat you will find a cozy double bed with a view of the starry sky. On board there is a small gas stove with coffee, tea and the necessary accessories – perfect for your breakfast directly on the water. Bathroom, shower, a fully equipped kitchen & a parking space are available to you in our base on land.

The house impresses with bright, modern design and high-quality furnishings. A cleverly designed sleeping area upstairs (including Door guard on the stairs) with two single beds and visually separated double bed, two bathrooms and a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 6 guests.

In front of the kitchen is a large, covered terrace with an open grill. On the first floor there is also a steam sauna with shower and extra guest toilet.
