In this lovely luxury apartment of about 90 m2, you get a little extra for your money. Here is a large luxurious bathroom with wellness shower. I've made the beds and the towels are ready. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer, coffee maker and electric kettle. Bedroom, entrance, large living room and bedroom with two beds. The apartment has marble floors and underfloor heating and is located in the basement of the house. It is only 100 meters to Rema, 500 meters to the center of Ikast and 10 minutes by car to Herning.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

But noise from traffic must be expected - especially on weekdays, when trucks and tractors are running and at harvest time. It is 2 km to shopping and 7 km to Silkeborg city center. There is also the possibility of sunbathing and cooling off in Arnborg Lake on sunny days, or rent a canoe trip in Skjern River. If you would rather experience a cultural and artistic walk in the blue, then Skovsnogen is an exciting place to visit. There's plenty to do here. We hope you'll enjoy the area as much as we do!

The property is completely up to Søndervig Landevej - with fields on the other three sides. Close to the holiday and bathing town of Søndervig as well as the old and cozy market town of Ringkøbing with cobblestone streets, pedestrian street, harbor environment, etc. There is an 18-hole golf course and Lalandia water park in Søndervig. Distance to the beach at Søndervig is 5.5 km, while Ringkøbing Fjord and Bagges Dam are 1 km from the house. There is a bike path to both Ringkøbing and Søndervig.
