The living space extends over one floor with a living/bedroom as well as an adjoining kitchen, fully equipped. A counter with 3 bar stools makes for a particularly inviting feeling. In addition to the private garden, the highlight of the apartment is the open shower, which has access via the kitchen. The box spring bed is 160 x 200 cm.
