I køkkenet er der opvaskemaskine, ovn og køle/fryseskab, kaffemaskine samt el-kedel. Soveværelse, entré, stor stue samt værelse med to senge. Lejligheden har marmorgulve og gulvvarme og er beliggende i husets kælder. Der er kun 100 meter til Rema, 500 m til centrum af Ikast og 10 min i bil til Herning.
