Unsere drei Wohnungen eignen sich ausgezeichnet als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Karawanken oder Radtouren am Drauradweg. Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie zB Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

Comfortable modern house, 2 double rooms & nursery

This modern, spacious house is perfect for a group or family, we have two double rooms and a nursery. Nice bathroom with a big shower and bath. There is a balcony off a very big master bedroom and downstairs the lounge/living room opens onto a garden/terrace with gas bbq and ample seating. We are 50m away from the river and in the city. 15 minutes walk from the centre and 5 minutes from assorted shops. Free parking on site in a covered car port and lock up storage for bicycles.

Lendhäuschen

Own small house with garden and balcony. Very centrally located in the center of Klagenfurt. The city center is only 2-3 minutes walk away. Direct proximity to the Lendhafen, where several nice coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets can be found. The Wörthersee (lake) is also in the immediate vicinity and can be reached very well in a short time on foot or by bike (Lendradweg) or by public transport.

In our family friendly house there are 4 rooms with a total of 7 beds and 2 bathrooms and toilet available for you. In addition, the kitchen can use the living room and terrace. The house is in the immediate vicinity of Klagenfurt. The city center can be reached by bicycle in about 20 minutes, Lake Wörthersee in about 30 minutes. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the house..

My place is close to Klagenfurt (8 km) and Lake Wörthersee (5 km). It is located directly on the Rauschelesee, a small warm swimming lake in the landscape reserve. Klagenfurt Airport is about 14 km away. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. You will love my place if you are looking for the original, close to nature, love to live by the water and enjoy meeting cosmopolitan people.
