A specific place, in the old part of Radebeul - near Dresden, and as if an old village. The cabin is located in a beautiful garden, at the back of a picturesque farm. It is very quiet, you can relax in the garden. In the cabin, there is a stove, fridge, and equipment to prepare meals. The bathroom and toilet are about 100 m from the cottage, they are clean and functional. The interior of the cabin is miniature, for people without major requirements it is enough for a short stay. When it gets hot, it's hard to sleep there - a small window and door do not allow ventilation (but the hosts provided a fan). Nice contact, directions given, the problem was checking in at the agreed time - no one on site, the phone did not answer, but after 30 minutes there was a person who let me in and explained everything.

Karsten was very warm and helpful, the apartment cute, I felt very comfortable there. When I was still missing cooking utensils, Karsten organized them directly. The location is also great, you can walk to the old town. Thank you!

I am writing this review for my mother and her husband for whom I booked this apartment. I have been staying at Mandee's castle since the end of June with great pleasure and that was the reason why my mother and partner decided to rent an apartment in the former brewery for a week. We had a fantastic week with the three of us where we were able to explore the wide area and we all came to the conclusion that Saxony has much more to offer than we had previously thought. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped with all facilities, has comfortable beds, plenty of space to sit outside... and as the biggest plus for my mother, the possibility to take their dog Silke with them. I myself will be staying at Mandee until the end of August, and why my stay was extended from initially one month to two months actually says enough. A beautiful place, recommended for anyone who is looking for peace and nature but still wants to have many interesting (worldclass) sights in the near area.
