If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and cozy cottage with sauna to spend quality time in nature, this small summerhouse (65 m2) is the ideal spot. It has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 open bedroom upstairs (hems) and 1 bathroom. A heat pump and wood stove keep the house nicely warm. Outside is a 55m2 big terrasse with an amazing outdoor fireplace to spend a good time together. The summerhouse is located at a peaceful spot with 4 min walk to a grocery store and 12 min walk from the beach.

“Hytten” er en fuld isoleret træhytte med gulvvarme i alle rum.Stort opholdsrum med køkken alrum (sovesofa), et værelse (sovesofa), toilet med bad og en stor hems. “Hytten” er 66 m2 og er nyopført i 2017. Den ligger i bunden af vores have i privat villaområde ud til åbne marker og stisystemer tæt på skov og strand. Der er sti til vandet (10 min. gang) og Glyngøre by, hvor du finder indkøb og restauranter. Køkkenet indeholder køl/frys, ovn, kogeplader, elkedel, kaffemaskine, service.

Old cozy 40 m2 cottage from 1960. Carefully renovated in 2022. The house is located on a large natural plot and has access to the sea via a path over the dunes (approx. 800m). Close to the center of Vorupør with a supermarket and restaurants. The cottage has a wood-fired stove and a wonderful alcove. The price includes consumption of electricity, water, and firewood. Final cleaning can be purchased for 625 DKK.
