Come and enjoy mole mountains and the unique location in Knebel, overlooking the sunset of the sun and soak up the sun in the yard. The grounds are surrounded by untouched fields with cattle. And only a little walk along the gravel path to the ocean. The house is located on the property where we live, with its own small terrace overlooking the sea and nature. On the grounds live chickens, cats, and a few ducks that roam freely. The house is fine for 2 people but can accommodate 3. If you are a couple with children, the home can also accommodate this. Here, most things are within walking distance - the Malt Factory, restaurants, shops, museums, supermarkets, harbor and beach. The garden is a small lush oasis with several cozy nooks, a covered terrace and a sea view. Enjoy a drink on the terrace and the sunset over Ebeltoft Vig. On the street, you can park for 15 minutes for loading and unloading. Free parking within 75 meters. Electric charging station 100 meters. Final cleaning can be purchased.

All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

Charming and modernized summerhouse at Dejret Strand on Mols. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the sea. The cottage sleeps 4 people. Cozy living room with high ceilings and lovely kitchen. There is sun all day on the terrace. Trampoline, sandbox, fire pit, etc. Mols Bjerge has many beautiful hiking trails. It is about 2.6 km to Skødshoved beach with cozy little harbor, ice cream house and restaurant. 1 small dog is welcome. In the summer, arrival and departure are preferred on weekends. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.
