Nice house right by the sea, the ground floor is a little old and the railway is very audible, but it does not bother much after a day. Kusa is a nice host who will help with everything. We enjoyed our stay!

What an absolutely delightful stay at Keti's apartment! From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the stunning interior and beautifully chosen furniture. You can truly feel the heart and soul that has gone into making this apartment so special and welcoming – it's anything but soulless! A huge thank you to Manana, who greeted us with such a warm and radiant smile! She was incredibly lovely, went above and beyond to help with all our requests, and made sure we knew how everything worked. Her kindness really added to our wonderful experience. This gem of an apartment is perfectly set up to comfortably host two couples, offering a truly charming and cozy atmosphere for a memorable getaway. It's worth noting that while there's a couch, it isn't extendable and might be a bit firm for sleeping, so it's best to consider the apartment ideal for up to four guests sharing the dedicated sleeping spaces. The neighborhood is great, everything is reachable by walk. The place itself is cozy and has everything to have a good rest. Highly recommend.

The house was very sufficient for large groups. The house was on the top floor, which was not mentioned in the description. There was dust under the beds. Having air conditioning in every room was a big advantage. Despite not knowing English, Natela was very quick in communicating. She tried to be helpful.

Nice well-equipped apartment just 5 minutes walk away from the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants around. The host was friendly and responsive, and arranged smooth check-in despite of the late hour. Probably, the only disadvantage about the apt is that windows and balcony look onto quite a messy inner courtyard, but on the other hand there's no noise from the busy street.

Irakli’s place felt like home! It was very clean and comfortable. Irakli is such a great host! We missed our flight connection, and we got stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours. Our parents came on time, but they had no idea what to do. Irakli arranged an easy arrival for our parents, even taking them to the store to buy some basics. The house was our favorite place in Batumi. Anywhere we went, we always looked forward to coming back to this beautiful house with a nice, fresh pool! Thank you for making our family reunion the best experience because of your house!

The trip was a great, friendly and very friendly host! Very cozy and comfortable house. Dedicated bedrooms, which is as convenient as possible to accommodate several guests. All amenities are available. All appliances work perfectly. The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, all kitchen utensils, dryer, TV. There is also extra bedding. Everything is very convenient for large groups of people. The location is good. The host of the apartment was very friendly. He met me, arranged it! In one word, I recommend 👍

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. it was very nice to live in the villa. meptron showed constant willingness to help. the yard has a magnificent, surrounding serenity. there are no good food outlets around. there is only a keria. it makes for some discomfort, but light and not decisive. overall everything was very nice
