Хороший дом прямо у моря, первый этаж немного староват и очень слышно железную дорогу, но она не сильно мешает уже через день. Куса приятный хост, который во всем поможет. Нам все понравилось!

What an absolutely delightful stay at Keti's apartment! From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the stunning interior and beautifully chosen furniture. You can truly feel the heart and soul that has gone into making this apartment so special and welcoming – it's anything but soulless! A huge thank you to Manana, who greeted us with such a warm and radiant smile! She was incredibly lovely, went above and beyond to help with all our requests, and made sure we knew how everything worked. Her kindness really added to our wonderful experience. This gem of an apartment is perfectly set up to comfortably host two couples, offering a truly charming and cozy atmosphere for a memorable getaway. It's worth noting that while there's a couch, it isn't extendable and might be a bit firm for sleeping, so it's best to consider the apartment ideal for up to four guests sharing the dedicated sleeping spaces. Thank you so much for everything! We absolutely loved our time here.

Wonderful place right next to Batumi Boulevard.. all the places are nearby..apartment is very close to beach.. overall a wonderful experience

The house was very sufficient for large groups. The house was on the top floor, which was not mentioned in the description. There was dust under the beds. Having air conditioning in every room was a big advantage. Despite not knowing English, Natela was very quick in communicating. She tried to be helpful.

Nice well-equipped apartment just 5 minutes walk away from the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants around. The host was friendly and responsive, and arranged smooth check-in despite of the late hour. Probably, the only disadvantage about the apt is that windows and balcony look onto quite a messy inner courtyard, but on the other hand there's no noise from the busy street.

Irakli’s place felt like home! It was very clean and comfortable. Irakli is such a great host! We missed our flight connection, and we got stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours. Our parents came on time, but they had no idea what to do. Irakli arranged an easy arrival for our parents, even taking them to the store to buy some basics. The house was our favorite place in Batumi. Anywhere we went, we always looked forward to coming back to this beautiful house with a nice, fresh pool! Thank you for making our family reunion the best experience because of your house!

Beglar is a great host, he even gave us a lift to Kobuleti at our check-out. The house is situated on a hill and the walk to the beach through the Botanical Garden is nice. The Botanical Garden itself is great. The only negative thing is the stoney beach which makes it a bit difficult to swim.

Поездка выдалась отличной, доброжелательный и очень приветливый хозяин! Очень уютный и комфортный дом. Выделенные спальни, что максимально удобно для размещения нескольких гостей. Имеется все удобства. Все техника идеально работает. В квартире имеется стиральная машина, холодильник, газовая плитка, все кухонные принадлежности, сушилка, телевизор. Также имеется дополнительное постельное белья. Для больших групп людей все очень удобно. Местоположение хорошая. Хозяин апартамент очень доброжелательный Встретил, обустроил! Одним словом рекомендую 👍
