Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Konstanz

We were very happy with our stay, everything was lovely and the hosts went above and beyond to make it a nice stay. Perfect for a small family and great location.

A wonderful house with veranda and seating, located directly on the lake shore with a swing; all around trees, reeds, birds, view of the water, access to the lake. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite the rainy weather, I found the surroundings and the view of the lake extremely attractive, I felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. I'd love to come back!

The house is ideal for 2-3 people and is located in a quiet street. From the terrace, you have a beautiful wide view of meadows and trees. Everything was very well maintained and clean. It's great that there are toiletry and care products as well as cleaning products in sufficient quantities and even a "minibar" is offered if you arrive later or have forgotten something. The carport offers so much space that you can also park bicycles. A great starting point to explore Ravensburg, Bald Waldsee, Bad Wurzach, etc. Communication with Manuel was flawless and super fast. We will be happy to come back.

The entire accommodation is beautiful, we would have loved to move in there. Everything is totally clean, modern, new and equipped with everything and more than you need. Large garden with deck chairs, hammock and large terrace, where you can relax and spend the day. Great kitchen and totally beautiful bedrooms. You are not far from the bus and train and thus quickly in Constance. Mario is a super friendly and accommodating host, you feel comfortable and welcome. The accommodation helped make our stay something special. I appreciate it 😍

We stayed at Eden Cottage for 3 nights in mid June, as a family of 4 adults and our dog. Big thanks to our host Martina, who was very prompt and supportive with any of our requests. Checking into the house was very easy, and all house rules were clearly communicated. A Things-To-Do folder made it easy for spontaneous activity ideas. The house is well located in the countryside of Stein am Rhein, and is very close to supermarkets. The railway station, Rhine river and old town are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The house itself is ideal for 4 people and a pet. All amenities are available, and the interior decor is great and thoughtful. The large garden is beautiful with many plants and trees. Our dog really enjoyed himself exploring around the garden. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

There were four of us (two adults and two children) staying with Arne for a week. The accommodation was spacious, so that the children also had enough space to play and do crafts. In addition, the accommodation is superbly located. We were quickly at the lake, at the bakery and at the train station. A good butcher is halfway to the lake and a pizzeria directly opposite the accommodation. We felt very comfortable and plan to come back 😊

Had a great time at Ailine's place. Close to Lake Constance (i.e. Bodensee), Ravensburg and Friedrichshafen. Halfway between Munich and Freiburg (Black Forest) and 30-60 Minutes to Austria and Switzerland.

The accommodation is as described, offers everything you need and is located in a very beautiful environment, where you can also go for a great walk. In addition, you have a lot of space and can quickly reach Lindau by car. Michael is very nice, helpful and a great host. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and felt very comfortable :)

A place to relax with a fantastic view of the lake - pure relaxation!!! We were able to enjoy the vacation in this beautiful apartment at any time and have booked again directly for next year! Recommend it 100%! There's no more beautiful way to live on Lake Constance...

We were in this apartment for the second time and will gladly go back in the summer. :) It is particularly clean and really well equipped and maintained.

Great place to stay — highly recommended!

We really felt very comfortable at Udo's from start to finish! :-) The apartment is very centrally located (and is still very quiet) and offers a great starting point to explore Constance on foot. It is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired (cozy, wide bed, great shower and fully equipped kitchen). Udo is a great host who was helpful and approachable, as well as always (!) friendly. Another plus is the garage right next door, which can be entered day and night. We'll be back!

The room was as described and was very clean. I was even able to check in earlier and the communication was very good, fast and always competent. You can open the doors with your phone or get a key. There is a kitchen with stove and oven and a fridge with a freezing compartment. You got towels and there is dishwasher available, as well as pots and dishes. Location is quiet and was easy to find. There are 2 TVs, an umbrella, closet and a large table in the room. I was very satisfied and highly recommend the room. In terms of price, it was also very good. Thanks, happy to come again!

We felt very comfortable in Antonie and her husband's apartment. The apartment is located outside (on the edge of the forest) about 15-20 minutes' drive by car to Lake Constance. That didn't bother us. It was very nice and quiet. The garden is super well maintained. The apartment is very clean and everything is taken care of. We can 100% recommend the apartment. Antonie and her husband are very nice and likeable landlords. We were even allowed to stay one night longer, which made us very happy. Thank you for the wonderful days with you.

we had a wonderful week in a beautiful and complete apartment. If you love peace and nature, with plenty of things to do in the nearby area, this is your place! We would like to go back again, because we have not seen everything yet. Definitely recommended!

Great, well appointed spot perfect for visitors hoping to see Konstanz and Reichenau island (exact bus stop for both less than two minutes walk down the road!). Best part was the water pressure in the shower, which was awesome after long days exploring the area. A convenient Bäckerei and Apotheke located just around the corner.

There were four of us in the apartment for an extended weekend. Communication with Lina was great and very friendly. For example, Edeka/DM can be reached on foot. The location is 1a, directly on the Seerhein, a bus stop is right outside the door. Alternatively, it is about 20 minutes on foot to the old town. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Verena and Rudi’s home was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed (and we’ve stayed in a lot!). They were such kind hosts who made us feel so welcome. The setting on the banks of the Rhine is incredible. We swam in the river every day, enjoyed their lovely pool, and loved the beautiful view. Already wondering when we can come back next!

We booked to spend a weekend with friends. Thomas's accommodation is perfect, charming and well-equipped. It takes a little over ten minutes to walk to the center, but the place is quiet and the view of the lake is breathtaking.

Gabriela's accommodation was really very clean and plenty of towels were also provided. In addition, the check-in was smooth and fast. Gabriela is a very friendly hostess and you could always write to her if there was something with the apartment. She gave us many tips for our stay in Bregenz. There is nothing negative to say. 😊☀️

Arne and Christine are perfect and accommodating hosts! The accommodation was very clean, the quiet location beautiful and the view of the lake unique.

Very nice apartment. Although no kitchen available, but a small refrigerator, small kettle, coffee machine, cutlery and glasses. Orlando was super nice and we felt comfortable. Quiet location in a settlement. On the balcony, you could still see and hear the planes taking off from the airport. At night, however, we didn't hear anything from it despite the open window. Very nice and clean accommodation with modern furnishings. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

We had a very nice week and a half. Only the kitchen and the refrigerator were smaller than expected; but no problem. The attic room in particular was an inviting place to read and play.
